This was the WORST floral experience I have EVER had and DO NOT recommend going through this shop via a national vendor or directly! The owner (Debbie) is extremely rude and does not know what customer service it. I ordered flowers through From you Flowers and they had them created and sent via Bloomers. They were left on my mom's porch in hot weather at 8:30 at night with no notification that they were there. Her response was that it is hard to get help. Then I told her about the broken flowers and that for the price they were so disappointing. She told me I ordered a "one-sided" arrangement, yet is was in a round vase - anyway, she told me she could make a new one two days later, but it would not have the same flowers as those were out and she would be closed for 2 weeks...blah blah blah, due to the hot weather. She hung up. She came and picked up the old, brought new (less than 1/2 the amount), and used some of the old - HORRIBLE. I have went back to From You Flowers and they are having new flowers delivered from a completely different shop! PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM BLOOMERS - PATHETIC

We received two bouquets from bloomers. One for each of our sons deaths that happened 20 days apart. The first one was a beautiful bouquet the second one was horrible it came in a bright we received two bouquets from bloomers. One for each of our sons deaths that happened 20 days apart. The first one was a beautiful bouquet the second one was horrible it came in a bright blue baby blue vase that had two roses, 4 small lilies, the rest daises and greens and the back was bare. no bow or ribbon. My friend, who purchased both bouquets felt so bad and was angry as the cost was the same for both and she picked the bouquet from a photo and it was nothing like she ordered. So sad, would not recommend this floral shop to anyone. If you look at the ratings, very inconsisten.

Great customer service and a beautiful arrangement! I used Bloomers through a third party vendor to send holiday flowers to my great-aunt (I live on the east coast). The physical address was not right in the navigation system. They called me and we worked through getting the name of the residence. The flowers were delivered soon after and my great-aunt was so happy.

Absolutely amazing flower shop! I've been driving past this place for a year now and seeing the negative reviews it's kinda steered me away. I finally decided to stop in and quickly realized how amazing the people and great quality of flowers and products they have to offer! DO NOT LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS STOP YOU ! This place is great priced great selection and great staff i couldn't recommend this place more!

Delivered on time for my girlfriends birthday, awesome price, and looks amazing. Only downfall was it had a few dead flowers in it which I took out but I didn't really mind.

I was the recipient of a vase of flowers, which arrived on a Thursday afternoon. My flight to TX had just been cancelled, so it was a fluke that I was at home. The person delivering the flowers left them at my front door, rang the bell and walked away. If not for the cancelled flight, they would have sat outside for 5 days. Several of the flowers were on their last legs in the bouquet. The photos were taken right after I brought them into the house. Stay away from this florist!

Sent flowers to a friend’s mother going through chemo. I was able to get the flowers delivered the next day and they ended up looking even better than the picture online!

I am very disappointed. I ordered flowers from out of state. I paid over $60 for flowers that was worth no more than $20. The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what I received. I will using another florist in the future! NOT HAPPY!? By the way, I ordered directly through Bloomers. I did not order through Teleflora !!!
