Sounds like we are another on the list of being scammed… purchased a $2000+ bookshelf from Susie. Never received. Always got pushed out dates. 6 months later she has ghosted on us.
Thankfully we filed a chargeback. Not sure why she is blowing up her business!

Susie and her company are exceptional. Her impeccable taste helped transform my house into a showcase. I highly recommend her and her products for any upcoming remodeling projects you have. Kenny excels at assembling furniture that can be daunting for those of us less inclined—he genuinely enjoys the process. They are both amazing. I highly recommend!

Be AWARE!!!! We ordered two bookshelves from Susie and Venmo’d her $2000. We never received them, she stated they were on back order! After six months we just requested a refund as we needed something to fill the space sooner. She said she would refund us and then she ghosted us! She won’t return our calls or provide us with a refund! I have called attorney general and BBB, next step is to press charges. I called to company she ordered from and they stated they shipped them in October of 2023! So she got the product-and we never did!

I purchased a mattress and bunky board before Christmas. I got the mattress but still have not received bunky board. Nothing but excuses. Finally I asked for refund on the bunky board even though I still need it and now just get ignored. So basically got burnt on it. No refund. No communication or anything. So would not recommend.

It's been about 4 weeks since I received my VERY affordable Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Mattress w/adjustable base & OH EM GEEZ I have never been so excited to go to Bed! The mattress is absolutely comfortable & ✌?back pain!! Susie is the absolute BEST, she's super friendly & VERY attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this small business, they did not Disappoint!!!

My daughter bought a fifth wheel from Robert Crist and she wanted a different mattress. They recommended blink mattress and Susie is absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable. Great prices and fast delivery. They even installed it in her coach. I went and bought one from myself and absolutely love it. We'll be telling everyone I know that's in the market for a new mattress to go see. Susie!

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible warranty and poor customer service. It's all fine and dandy up front with getting your business ($) but when you have an issue with a product that is 7 months old, you can forget about getting any help. Lesson learned...spend less and you get a lower quality of product and customer service. I'm very disappointed with this company.

Sue was very professional from day one then as soon as the holiday came i waited three weeks for furniture got tired and just said i didn’t want it anymore . I still have not yet received my bedframe the communication is very bad at first it was great sue is very nice but this has had me very overwhelmed . Only thing i can say is i recieved my mattress i recommended her to a few people but they aren’t interested anymore because i have not received my furniture
