Called the customer service to adjust this issue, the customer service also admitted that the store at least needs to review the product to see if it is factory defective before pushing the customer away. But this store did not do this process when I tried to return the item.
Original Review: Bought a tube, had a hole. But they don’t let me return it, because the tube touched the water. Talking about return policy blablabla, but when I bought it, why nobody mentioned about return policy??
The thing is that it is NOT about we used it or not, but the product is factory defective or not. If the product is factory defective, I should be able to get a refund even I used it.
However, the manager was super rude and disrespectful when we tried to return the tube. Felt like he thought we are scammers or something.
Don’t buy anything from this store. No customer service. They just wanna take your money.

There are plenty of sunglasses for your selection. Their HTX brand are reasonable and currently in stock for the "Tubing" season. It's on the way.

Thanks to all the idiots at Big 5 today. I shop here every two weeks and purchase several items. I am a coach for a few leagues. I walked in today looking for an exercise ball and was told they didn't no if they had them or were they were located. Bottom line is they were Lazy and acted as if I was disturbing them by asking a question. I will not be shopping there anymore.

Worst experience ever! There was no customer service at all. The lady that was working there was just standing at the front didn’t say hello, the man that checked us out was very rude and unprofessional. Hopefully a supervisor sends his team to training.
