The customer service is very bad, they talk to you as if they don't care about your presence and as if they were giving you the products. Otherwise they have a very good assortment of supplies for the world of nails. I wish they paid more attention to customer service

First time stopping by on my way home from work. Just need some rubber base coat but ended up spending $100. Always happens when I stop by the nail store! Anyways staff is very helpful without being overbearing. Great prices on Apres Gel-x nail extensions. Will definitely be stopping by in the near future. Poor me!

Horrible experience. They have a purse policy that you have to lock up your purse. I am ok with that. I am not ok with there being three women in the store and I am the only one that they enforced this with. One woman had hers wide open with the 20oz drink sticking out of it which held it open where things could be slid into it. When I said something, they said my Vera Bradley bag was a little bigger than the other purses. But a purse is a purse, regardless of size.

Wanted to shop here and knew already what I needed would take 1-2 min. Drove all the way here and doors locked at 6:55…. Don’t advertise open till 7 If your not open if the employees priority is to be off by 7 then do what remy co does and close at 6:45 didn’t even ask me what I was looking for could have known I was quick

If they don't want to work, give the opportunity to a person who does want to and cares correctly. Appalling. I better go to Phoenix now. Zero kindness in this place.

COMPLETELY INSULTED‼️‼️
I came in for a field trip with cosmetology students and was told to put my designer purse in the locker while witnessing several patrons come in with purses. I politely asked for clarification of their “policy” and was told it was at their discretion to enforce. Not to mention some students were profiled due to “standing in one spot too long”. They are STUDENTS! Absolutely deplorable behavior. I will never shop at this location.

As I entered the store, the first thing I see is that there’s a locker to which you had to put any type of bag in there. We were also being followed by a man who made us feel uncomfortable. Will not be shopping here again

Been shopping here over 5 years. They have everything and then some - dip, acrylic, gel, tools and glitter! You don't have to have a professional license to shop. If you're interested in something you have questions about the girls up front are trained to help show you on a demo nail how to do it. They offer classes a few times a month from nails to eyelash extensions. Because of the area you are asked to leave your purse or backpack up front, i just don't bring mine in, not a big deal. Absolutley love this store.

I have been standing outside for 10 mins and the lady is looking at me from inside clearly it not 7pm This is not how businesses is ran. I'll be taking My business else where.

First time going in the store and I love it! They were friendly and very helpful. I will be coming back and telling others about this place. You don't need to be a professional nail tech to come here.
