To all the brides out there considering this beauty service, PLEASE save yourself the heartache and money. I realize now that there were a lot of red flags while researching them (i.e. very few posts/reviews in recent years) but went for it because of the decently priced package. Firstly, my trial was with a completely random third party person (not the owners who I was expecting from their social media) they clearly did not vet. The girl running their email communication didn't bother forwarding the trial girl my instructions to my apartment/inspiration images. I can't bring myself to post photos because it was truly that awful (orange foundation, black eyeshadow dabbed into my eyebrows, chunks of hair left uncurled)...my wedding coordinator said a child could do better lol. Jokes aside, the stress and draining sadness I felt from looking ugly instead of beautiful in preparation for the most important day of your life...I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I wrote an email to them crying and barely got an apology. They only offered to reschedule on Mother's Day, and then stopped communicating after I asked for a different day. In the end, they were happy to keep my $400 deposit I had to pay in the beginning and didn't truly try to make up for it because this is a business of ZERO integrity. It'll be quite funny if the communication I finally get back is in response to this review. Ladies, please go elsewhere for your special day!!!

U’ilani and Alvin were the dream team. Completely professional but fun, and their work was astounding!I would hire them in a heartbeat for my big day, it was such a pleasure working with both of them. I felt like flawless, elegant goddess when they were finished with me!

Excellent!! Last minute request for makeup and hair for 3 (needed within a week) for wedding. Quick, professional, and talented. We looked stunning. And the makeup did not wear off or rub off even while sweating in 105 degree weather and wearing cloth face masks. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!!

giiirrlll let me tell you.. Tiani was on the dot with my booking, sent me a confirmation and had the team on site in a timely manner. Uilani made my hair so fresh and so clean. Alvin made my makeup so sexy. Altogether it was a great team and they definately made my night a special memory.

I used Bridal Beauty and Beyond for my wedding last year. They were prompt, brought 3 makeup artists, and even did a little for the flower girl whose little brother punched her in the face! Donna was truly amazing and if I ever have need for makeup services again, I will surely go with her!

Donna and Renee are absolutely amazing!!! I got my bridal trial done yesterday for my engagement photos and OHHH MY GOSHHHH I was completely in love with the end result! They make you feel like you've known them forever very friendly! Not to mention they fit me in super last minute because I procrastinated on booking someone. WELL I am so happy I did because I am so excited for them to do my wedding party makeup and Hair! I Highly recommend them!

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Lost my payment history and venue address. Rushed my hair on my wedding day because they were an hour and half late after showing up to wrong address. I’m sure it was also because they all had to get to another appoinment. I was mortified when I looked at my hair. Be cautious! She also told me my hair was “awful and needed to be deep conditioned and cut” while she was styling it. Not very nice. I will say...my makeup was flawless. That is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Beyond Bridal Beauty is AMAZING! From my trial to our wedding day and everything in between went so smoothly! Renee waxed my eyebrows, straightened my bridesmaids hair, and even a hair cut for a guest the day before the wedding! Great communication and so fun and personable! All of the ladies did an amazing job the day of and made us all look stunning! Highly recommend!!

I had my trial done a while ago and I felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. I said I wanted a natural look but the make-up was caked on. I didn't look like me. The makeup artist just did whatever she wanted. I did like my hair though. On my wedding day I had them do my hair but not my makeup. (I did my own makeup. I am a trained and licensed aesthetician so I know what good makeup is and isn't. I just wanted less stress on my wedding day I wanted to hire someone.) Since we already paid for it, she did my mom's makeup. She didn't even ask what my mom wanted and it just did not look good at all (to say it nicely) my mom took it off right after. I had the girl tweek my hair a few times and then it was good and like I wanted it. The girls really are nice and personable. They go to your house on the day of the event which I liked and it was fun. But I would not recommend them for makeup. Hair yes, makeup no. Not very professional either because they only thank the good reviews on Google; they don't apologize for the bad ones.

What a terrible way to do business! I booked Beyond Bridal Beauty 6 months in advance for my wedding and paid in full to have hair and makeup done on site for me and my bridesmaids. Two months before my wedding I receive an email from BBB stating the two owners were no longer getting along and decided to dissolve the business- the wording was very catty and extremely unprofessional. Donna reached out to let me know they would still fulfill my services, but trying to schedule my trial with them became a nightmare because neither would communicate with the other on who was going to take me on as their client. In the end it was getting too close to my date to fool around and I requested my money back in full so I could find another company. They never responded to my multiple emails and voicemails sent throughout a two week span and I ended up having to get paypal involved and have my bank file a charge back claim before I could get my money back for the services never given. In the end, I found someone amazing to do our hair and makeup but I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and total disregard for the customer on this company's part. BBB may be out of business now, but be weary of ANY services from Donna Middlebrooks and Renee Pecora, they are both shady when it comes to conducting business!
