I had my nails done a few days ago here. I always have gel nails done because it does not ruin my nails as does acrylic. I unfortunately had 3 broken nails and was going to just cut them all back and start fresh. The technician (don't know her name, never introduced herself) suggested I just get tips on the broken nails with acrylic over them. I agreed. I know the nails will grow out and would not need acrylic in a month or so. She put on the tips and acrylic and then began putting acrylic over all my nails. I caught her before she got too far and said I "do not want acrylic on my other nails, gel only". Acrylic Only on the tips she had to apply. This made her irritated and she told me I needed acrylic on all of them to keep them from breaking. I have not needed to do this in the last 8 years. As she worked on my hands, she was squeezing/twisting so hard on the finger joints, I had to twist my arm to avoid the twisting motion on my fingers. Then she started to work on my cuticles. I always have a lot of cuticle to remove and she "pretended" to be clipping them and came up with almost nothing for ten fingers! She brought over the bowl of water to soak and it was ice cold, first time I have received a cold water soak in my years of Having nails done! She painted them (French) trying to push the "pink" powder on me over the white. I again told her what I liked and she seemed irritated, stating "pink" was more natural. On a person of color, Pink does not look natural. I left unsatisfied. My nails were poorly done, poorly shaped, and the nails with tips had a thick layer of acrylic. Two days later, one of my natural nails had a slight crack. I went over to the shop and asked to have some acrylic over that area so it Would last two weeks and grow out. She was there, Unfortunately, and came over to look at my nail and said "nothing I can do but put glue on it". I have glue at home, I know glue does not hold. She haphazardly applied glue and dismissed me but only after saying "I told you to get acrylic overlay on all fingers" but again I don't want Acrylic except on broken nail/repair. Of course the mail broke off That evening. I went over to my old nail shop in chandler, Furama Nails, and had the repair done as I had asked The previous nail tech and they also fixed a couple nails That were poorly done. The first Thing the Furama tech said was "WHO DID THIS"? The place to go for your nails is Furama in chandler. I moved to Apache junction area from Chandler a couple years ago and was trying to find someone closer but am going to make the extra drive to have my nails done. In addition to the poor quality of doing nails, this tech was glued to her phone listening/watching a program while doing my nails. Very unprofessional and tacky. DO NOT GO TO BEST NAILS AT Superstition.

Very disappointed. Harley did my nails. Did not do at all what I wanted. There definitely was a communication barrier- my bad on some level for not SUPER clarifying everything she did - and I feel some dishonesty on her part. She said she could not do what I wanted until I came back the next time. There will be no next time. My fills that were supposed to cost $30 ended up costing me $45. Nails look terrible. I will not go back. When I talked to the manager she did not care at all about what happened. If you go here BEWARE.

I’ve been going here for years, and always have a great experience! The staff is always so sweet and kind, and the prices are very affordable. I have a themed party coming up this weekend, and they delivered with this beautiful set which is normally opposite of what I would get. Going out of your comfort zone is always a little scary, but they did a great job and I love my nails. Thank you BestNails!!

Asked for a dip manicure, the gentleman did not trim cuticles, soak nails, . Nothing! It was the weirdest manicure I have ever had! I The nails turned out lopsided bumpy and very disappointed. I just wanted to get out of there!!!

I don't recommend this please at all came with my friend, they didn't ask what or how I wanted my full set to be done. I get they are trying to start a conversation but asking if I'm in school 4 times and if I graduate is kind of rude and annoying. They also had me pay for my nails before even getting them done. I'm Hispanic and with tattoos and my friend is white just a disclaimer. They looked at me and only me and told me to pay before they finished but they already make the sharp and put acrylic on which didn't make sense at all. I told them my friend was paying and they looked at each the nails lady's and said something them said okay then you can pay now made us pay before even finishing our nails pay $110 and they kept telling us to get gel nail polish and we kept telling them no I get there trying to upsell, but if I told them no, why do they keep telling us to get it? I asked for almond nails with a babypink French tip. I get this sharp every time I get my nails done and the other places I go do it right, you know? ( disclaimer I'm going to put when I wanted and then vs. what I got)

I’ve been going to Best Nails of Mesa for 15 years or more, and they have always been very good. They’re friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been going here since they started. I can't say enough about how amazing they are here. I take my family here every time they come in town. Its become one of our favorite outings when they come in town. They always do an amazing job. Very professional, so sweet and kind! I always leave happy with beautiful fresh nails!!
Specialties: If I didn't have a design in mind the one they gave was always so amazing. They have helped my nail grow the right way.
Cleanliness: Always clean and just so relaxing.
