Paid for 2 hours for my Daughter. They have an advertise price and once the move is over they say I owe the truck fee. It’s a weekend and went over 39 min. Shouldn’t we know that up front? Should I have used my truck? Hello you are a moving company and the truck should be included. I will never use them again. Don’t bother to act like you have empathy because you are only saying that to show others you care when you don’t care. WORST MOVING COMPANY. I have many friends who always in need of moving. Will never recommend this company. I have just more to say about the movers and throwing everything in the apartment. But not worth it.

I used Arizona’s Best Movers for my move today. Despite having so much car trouble, Adam and Ronnie were amazing and helped me move my apartment quickly. They were fast, professional, kind, and took really good care of my valuables. Even though the day was bumpy, I am eternally grateful they were able to help me and provide such wonderful customer service. Despite the delays, I would still recommend Arizona’s Best Movers, and I would consider using them again for my next move.

After a brief mix-up on arrival window (might have been my fault they showed up earlier than expected), everything was smooth and easy. No surprise fees, no damaged stuff, and the guys were happy and communicative. They got everything moved in the window expected and didn't lollygag for more time. Payment was safe and third party. Prices beat out other companies, too. Thanks!

My father paid them to move my apartment. Broken lamp shade, which they said they would replace never happened. Dented in top part of toaster oven. Do not recommend at all.

The other reviews are spot on with how poorly managed this business is. Scheduled for 8-12, nobody showed up till 1:30 but he lied to me since 11am that they were on their way. i could have taken 2 car loads in that time if he would have been honest and said they were late. Even worse, the movers would have been done on time except they took over an hour driving to my place thats only 20 min away to rip me off for another $150. I know bc my roommate watched them sit there in the apartment complex after i drove off. i unloaded 2 vehicles and started putting stuff away by the time they got there despite supposedly leaving at the same time. You've been warned!

Requested a 9 am move, they said it’s a window between 8 and 12, they finally showed up about 1 pm. Waiting to move for 4 hours messed up our day. The billing system charges an extra 4 percent about so if you have a 375 bill you’ll pay like 390 instead.

One of the movers was very unprofessional, very rude before he began moving. He was complaining that I should have hired three movers, and also make sure that the tip is in cash and mention tips several times. They didn’t use any type of moving blankets were very rough with my items. They both seemed very overworked and tired, they said that they worked seven days a week which is ridiculous. They also said that they didn’t know how to put together. One of the movers also didn’t really speak any English and didn’t have my information on where I was moving to and they asked me the address and because there was a language barrier. It was just a nightmare I will not be using them again. I had a queen size mattress that was very poorly moved so everything was kind of shifted. Also, there was some damage to my wall.

I have used a few different moving companies in the past but Arizona's Best Movers are literally just that, the best in Arizona. Friendly, professional and just all around good guys that did a phenomenal job with my move. Thanks for the awesome work!!

Me and my family were moving on the 13th, my buddy and I had gotten through most of the day packing up the truck for the move. But by the time we got to the new house and started to unload the truck, both of us were drained and my back and one knee started to give out (old injury was getting aggravated). We barely touched the 26' full truck.I called Arizona's Best Movers, at around 2:30-3:00 to see if I could get someone that day to unload the truck since it I had to take the truck back that day. The dispatcher was nice and friendly, he set up a crew for me and called me back with in 5 minutes. They arrived around 7pm and came all the way out to Buckeye from their last job in Mesa.Thomas and Jaimie where really awesome, very friendly and very fast. They unloaded our entire truck in 2 hours with no damage to anything and they were able to get our big bulky stuff up our windy stair case with out any issues.Thanks for an awesome freaking job guys! You really helped us greatly!

I had one of the best moving experiences with AZ Best Movers. Thomas, Daryl and Aden were absolutely professional and super fast. They got a 2.5 hour move done in 1 hour and 45 mins and worked hard together as a team to get the job done right! I will definitely be using the again for any of my moving needs. Highly recommend this company and these young men. They are kind, friendly and courteous and thank you for your help with my move.
