I like this Best Buy. The staff is helpful when I need them, and they have everything I need for the most part. As the last brick and mortar place in the valley I can pick up some computer parts, it's nice to go to. Plus price matching makes it easy to get the same prices as New Egg and Amazon.

You can't call the store. You will be directed to a foreign call center...
The people in the store however are generally pretty nice and professional. Helped replace a defective item.

Had an issue with a canon camera I ordered being opened/previously handled and was easily able to exchange it at pick up with a different ones. Also the price dropped the next day and best buy online easily price matched it via chat with no issues.

It looks like there are no employees available to assist us with our needs. It would be best to avoid that location if possible.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at this location. They are super friendly and helpful.
I bought a TV the other month that had the wrong specs from what I was told, and I did not realize this until a month later. Even with it being weeks after the return policy end date, they still let me swap my TV out without any hesitation.
I wish I could remember the names of the managers and employees who helped me, so that I could give them credit in this review, but they all have been super great and helpful every time I have shopped here.
I look forward to continuing shopping at this location and purchasing my products from here.

Had an appointment to transfer from one computer to another. Was informed it would take a week. The brand new computer I bought had the wrong power cable and they had to order another one. It may take 2 weeks to get it. Wasted time and gas to go there.

This store is little more than a glorified warehouse these days with the only good selections being tvs. Half the shelves are barren and they don’t even have a movie section anymore which really hits hard because Best Buy had the best selection of Steelbooks. I had the check the outside to see if I missed a “going out of business” sign.

Stood around for 15 minutes.. went to the cashier and asked for help.. She was nice and called someone who never came.. I would not hire a single employee on the floor when I was there. They sure had time to hang out and talk with each other. I will buy my remarkable elsewhere.

Returned 2 older Ring doorbells and bought 2 newer Ring doorbells. Store manager helped me. Refunded and put part on newly acquired credit card, but worked it so balance was high enough for interest free, but put part of transaction on the gift card so balance stayed lower. Newer Ring doorbell have a removable battery, so next month I will purchase more batteries so I can just trade out already charged batteries, Rather than just charging Ring for 12 hours, leaving no Ring in active mode.
