Quick Lane appointment for oil change only at 12:00 pm - I arrived at 11:45 am and my truck was not pulled in for service until 1:45 pm. It’s not that I don’t appreciate sitting in their service lobby for that long, but I’d like to know why I was told to show up almost 2 hours before they could get to my vehicle. Zero sense of urgency. Unfortunately, I had to cancel other appointments to accommodate their lack of timeliness. They could have called to push my time back but don’t think that they are that concerned.

We have used Larry Miller for the past 4 years since owning our 2020 Expedition
& this was the worst experience ever. Rear air conditioner not working so made an appointment on Saturday to bring it in on Monday. Dropped it off on Sunday night & there were no envelopes in the drop box so I had a napkin I wrote on & a plastic zip lock to put my keys in. No phone call all day Monday so called in the afternoon & was told by the service advisor it hadn’t even been looked at but would be looked at later on that afternoon or at least in the morning. By 1:00 on Tuesday still nothing so I called & left messages but no one would pick up the phone. Finally called a different # & they transferred me. I was told at that point they were short a tech & car still hadn’t been looked at. I explained to her we were going out of town on Thursday & said she would try and get me a car. At this point we were in the area & went over. Walked in and two women were having lunch at the service counter. Not professional at all. Told our advisor we were taking our car. No concern in her part at all. If she had just called us Monday first thing & told us they were short handed we could have taken a different route. Terrible terrible service!

Scheduling is easy on line. Make rec’s for next visit, have good price on 3 visit plan.
