Just as others have said, they won't do any cash transactions. Might as well just put only an ATM and close the branch. Very frustrating when you pull up and a note on the door says only ATM cash transactions.

Pretend bank. Not an actual branch location. Employees are staffed here but.. They can not give you money from here.

Not a real branch... Don't allow cash transactions and the ATM is broken. Ever since PNC took over banking has been a (frustrating) joke - online and in person.

PNC took over BBVA. The transition is absolute chaos! They changed everyone's account and routing numbers. Now there's no Saturday service. The Customer Service is virtually non-existent. Good luck reaching anyone by phone! I'm transferring my money out of this bank as soon as I can!

Best customer service ever at a bank. The gentlemen that help me was a class act, he did everything by the book and in great time. Can’t remember the name but his office was the first one as you walk in. I took my 90 year old grandmother to sign some documents as well and she was so impressed from the customer service this gentlemen gave us. Keep in mind my grandmother isn’t the easiest person to please. Thank you BBVA.

We have been with BBVA for over two years. Great staff James and Melinda.Cut story short they froze our major business account with them leaving our employees and providers unpaid I was asked to call an investigator who for a month never answered or returned my calls.Any help will highly be appreciated we need our account unfrozen so we can collect our funds and pay our employees.
