Walkin (no appointment) and they quickly and without question replaced my warrantied battery with a new one (free of charge) even though there was only days left on the warranty. Fast service.

Had a Duracell battery in my truck but will not charge , sticker on the battery Was 1/22 . Took the battery out of my truck and tried charging it on my car charger. Would only go up to 8 Volts . Call battery plus in Mesa ,guy told me to bring it in and they would replace it . Brought the battery in couldn’t find the receipt to replace the battery didn’t have the name on the computer. Do not buy Duracell battery products don’t even last 2 1/2 years and then they don’t stand by their warranty. Plus, I wasted an hour of my time .

Needed to drop off a lead acid battery for recycle. Checked about getting a new key with transmitter and having it sync to my truck. Very reasonable and great service!

They said it would take 7-10 business days to get a part for my phone; after waiting I called them and they said they'd call in 5 or so days, but they haven't called back after 3 weeks. After seeing the reviews this seems to be a common issue of lacking communication/not providing parts necessary.

I bought two batteries for my boat. 3 year warranty.
They died after 2 years. I return them but they cannot find any record of them. I got sent to another store. They honored the warranty and replaced the batteries. I asked to extend the warranty as I was receiving 2 new batteries. My request was denied. So I now have only one year of warranty on new batteries. Really not understanding this type of costumer service.
So if the new batteries go bad after a year I will have to spend another 600$.

Just a note of Caution.I took my samsung note 20 ultra phone in to have screen replaced in August 2023.When I went to pick up my phone, they handed me my phone and I noticed the trim was black instead of the original bronze.They didn't even contact me to get approval. I would have taken elsewhere to get the correct trim color.I was concerned about the color difference because I always trade my phone in when I purchase a new one.I told them my concern and they told me if there was a problem with the color they would make it right. I should have got it in writing!I did ask for paperwork and they told me they don't give paperwork for insurance repairs that the paperwork goes to the insurance company.I needed my phone and I thought since they already had it fixed and assured me they would take care of it if there was a problem when I got ready to trade it in it would be okay.I trusted them and now I'm out a $600 trade in on a new phone.I decided to get a new phone from Samsung and trade in the one they repaired. I was told the phone has to be in original condition as far as color, etc.I contacted batteries plus and was told that they will not replace the screen with the correct bronze trim and they want to charge me $349. I've taken all my business to them in the past and gave them referrals to anyone that needed phone repair. NOT anymore.I contacted the insurance company and they won't help either.I am a senior and feel that they took advantage of me.I don't want this to happen to anyone else.I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Dropped off Battery pack and base for a scanner on December 30, 2023 to have the battery replaced. Employee said it would be a couple weeks before they could be replace the batteries because the guy that could do it was on vacation.Received a VM 1/25/24 telling me it was ready for pick up. No other details.I go to pick it up today. 2/2. When I arrived today to pick it up, he told me he threw away the base and batteries. NOTHING TO EVEN PICK UP! GONE IN THE GARBAGE WITHOUT CONSENT!As a customer, IF they were corroded and couldn't be fixed, that should have been IN THE VM! He told me it had been there for a month. He told me in the beginning it would be a few weeks!As a business, it should have NEVER been thrown away! The call I received said "It was ready to be picked up."The employee started yelling at me. I was not happy. I walked out.You have security cameras. It was about 1:30 today. Watch it!Horrible communication AND miscommunication!POOR BUSINESS.

Great store and staff. Had to have my phone charging port replaced. When I called in, they ordered the part without making me come in and pay in advance (unlike other phone repair places). Staff did a great job communicating with me and the phone was repaired in the quoted timeframe and is working great!

Great experience!
