I shop at different bath&body works locations all the time and have friendly and helpful encounters with the staff but this specific location was the exception. I was not greeted or ask if I needed assistance not once( and it was not busy whatsoever at the time of my visit which is the bad part). When I did ask ask a staff member a question, it seemed like she was uninterested in helping me. And the cashier (3875031) was no better; she displayed a very impatient attitude and when I brought up a concern regarding a coupon I wanted to use, she was rude in telling me that it was not a coupon and acted as if I was wasting her time. So I most likely won't be returning to this location. The customer service here needs serious improvement!

Every employee I spoke with was very friendly, super friendly and extremely helpful. They knew exactly where the product was I was looking for. So my experience there was very positive.

Normally love this place! I spend a lot of money every Christmas. A few of the employees know us when we go in. Always greeted with information and a smiles. However the new management is so unpleasant that I don't think I will be going back. I asked if they were going to having any more sales before Christmas and was told" we are not obligated to tell you anything check your app or go online " I feel so sorry for the poor sweet staff who have to put up with the intolerable beast of a woman! Get her out of there she is going to make you lose a lot of sales from your regular customers!

It's an okay place to be. The prices there are unnecessarily expensive though, so I don't go there often. I do, however, recommend the Love always wins perfume. It's smell is amazing ?

Usually get my stuff here and have good experiences but lately the staff seems irritated at check out if I try returning or even have a question about exchanging a product I got there? I got an awkward vibe and attitude… Not sure why, when I’m a long standing customer here and and just recently was hired at a different location but I’m still a customer first. Hopefully these employees keep a welcoming atmosphere for all moving forward.
