I came in close to closing with a return and needing a a gift for kids teachers. Audrey was so sweet and helpful. Nicole took great care of me at check out and was fast and so friendly. Grace,Lillian, Gates and Chloe were all so pleasant and friendly. Store was well stocked and very clean.

Usually I have a great experience here. The woman who greeted me and helped me find a great gift for my brother in law (wish I got her name! So good! However, after I was waiting patiently in line a second cashier, a blonde young lady, opened a second register and completely ignored me even though I was next in line. Really rude! The lady she helped instead of me literally was behind me. I was shook...like how did she not see me? The customer she helped clearly knew it was wrong. The cashier who did help me was kind and apologized profusely for me being skipped....but it is like retail 101 to help the NEXT customer and not to skip around lol.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Takes 2 days to fill an order so by the time they decide to do it, half the items no longer available. Stay away!

This place always smells sooo good! Edible! And they have great deals this time of year (don't stay too long or you won't have any money left). I went I for 2 candles, but left with 5 little pocket hand sanitizers. Not too bad! Win-Win!

A great place but a horrible place to work worked here for 2 years was passed up for management position multiple times by new people barely ever got hours and when I did barely got to work my entire shift and at the end of my employment there HR department was horrible at helping with my PTO payout and I ended up just taking a loss

Today I had a great visit Melanie and arnoldo helped me and were super kind! I didn't have a good experience with a employee Michele I think was her name, she was rude at the front during check out. Otherwise everyone else was helpful and kind during my shopping experience. Great fragrances are white pumpkin, mahogany vanilla!

They are having a semi-annual sale. I bought cucumber and melon lotions and soap. The candles were half price. Some things were 75% off. Great deals!

I the most horrible experience at this location,. 1st let me explain I spend at least $100 dollars almost every single month at Bath and Body Works mostly online but my favorite mostly used store is the Tempe market place location, I hadn't been in here in years. I needed to do a return which I've hardly ever had to do. I received a candle online that was broken, I called they said it was fine but I also had to exchange a walk flower that stopped working. Well I was informed that bcuz the wall flower was so "old" they knew what I was trying to do. I was so confused, I said, I'm trying to exchange this wallflower; u have the same exact old right here. I just want the was wallflower, I'm not trying to do a ding wrong, it stopped working, it's not performing as it should. Well they said they haven't had that version of that style in a long time, and I'm like I didn't buy it that long ago! But I do spend a lot of money with this company so it could've been like 6 months since I bought it (honestly, I buy so much it does take me awhile to use it some times, I could've bought it sooner tho) but when I went to use it seemed like it maybe worked 4 a day, it just wasn't getting warm enough. There were other people in line waiting and I felt like they were insinuating that I was try to get something 4 free, it was embarrassing. So the lady started to look up my account online and I'm sure as soon as she saw how much I've spent online (and that's just the online account, she was a little bit nicer but still couldn't find the item, I told her I thought company policy was to return anything anytime, no questions asked? Well guess what? They have changed that, I had no idea, however they still had the wallflower in the store so I asked it I could still please just swap them out? She said no bcuz now they are more expensive!!! I was so confused, but ok, I'll pay the difference then? She still said no! She wanted to give me the lowest selling price smwhuch was crazy cuz I paid full price for that thing($25+) and u know they have lots of different sales everyday so I told her that didn't seem fair, she never once acted reasonable or even explained the policy had changed, it was a worker that over heard the convo that even told me. This lady was the manager! It wasn't just what she said, but how she said it. I will never go backLine

Walked in and a lady shoved a candle in my face today! Geez give me some space my God! I usually order online to avoid the over bearing staff here but it's summer and was afraid everything would melt so I came in to be bombarded! You know a " let me know of you need any help" goes a long way instead of right off the bat shoving a candle right in my face and following me around the store talking my head off I can read the signs good lord!

I'm proud to shop at your stores. The LGBTQ+ display was beautiful and I'm thankful for your support. Two of your employees who assisted me in my shopping where wonderful. Crystal Sky and Nicole are wonderful, friendly and love their jobs. They also pointed out the Asian and Pacific Islander display and your commitment of equality and acceptance.

I really only shop here for their candles, but the smells are amazing! They usually have sales and deals going on to help you get the best bang for your buck, and don't forget to download their app because there are even more coupons there!
