This Bass Pro Shop location has definitely gone downhill. The gun department is especially bad. There is no customer service up there and their ammo selection in store is not good. I was browsing and needed help and they did not lift a finger to assist me. I used to like this place but not any more. Don't trust their review score.

Of course my husband loves this place! I enjoy walking on the boats and dreaming of being rich! Lol, the kids love it too because of the waterfall and great outdoors decor. Large clearance area too. Helpful staff and always very clean.

I know we live in a new age where nobody wants to work. But, for crying out loud when they got six people working in a department not helping a single customer, and I'm the only person at the counter... Yet, all six of them ignore me and continue on with their social hour? After about 5 minutes of being ignored by all of them, I walked out the door and don't think I will ever come back. They get a second star because the place is really nice.
