Everyone at this office has always been very pleasant, helpful and Dr Rusakow is an amazing Dr. I drive over 2 hours to continue seeing him and his staff.

Dr Rusakow is the most fantastic specialist I’ve ever met, and I’ve been seeing several for my son. He was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, he spoke to me in a matter of fact way, he listened to all I had to say, made sure I was comfortable with the plan moving forward, made me feel like I was part of the planning process and mostly, he made me feel like my son was safe and he was going to be okay. I’m so incredibly thankful. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a pulmonologist.

My sons been in the ICU 3X due to his asthma attacks and now seeing Dr.Lopez(pulmonologist) I feel relieved. She was very nice, caring, and helpful towards what my son was needing. The receptionist were extremely nice as well and welcomed in my kids with coloring and making them feel comfortable. The only complaint I have was the Medical assistant Veronica. She has no costumer service and was very rude and impatient towards my Son. She tried getting his height and my son started to tip toe and mind you he’s only 3.. and she was saying “no” repeatedly. then pushing down the scale so he can not tip toe (which probably hurt his head knowing she was putting pressure) so I let that slide and just told my son to stay down and not tip toe. Then my son tried walking forward and she held him back then SLAMMED the height thing on his head. And I told her she hurt him and she just said “sorry” didn’t even seem like she meant it and when we got to our room my son was telling me how she did it and I asked him if it hurt and he said yes. I was very disappointed the rest of my visit because of how she handled my son.. it’s a pediatric clinic. If you have no patience for children then that job isn’t for you..

Horrible customer service. They force you to see doctors you don’t want to see. Don’t return calls, In emergency situations tell you their fist appointment is months out. Honestly one of the worst offices I have dealt with. Front desk girls are nice and very polite and it’s not their fault the the care the office gives is very subpar super disappointed by the lack of care for their patients.

Love my daughters pulmonologist, Samita Khara. She truly seems to care and even calls us herself to check in. This clinic has been very accommodating and on top of things. Having a toddler with breathing issues is terrifying and I feel safe knowing I can call them for direction and treatment.

Wish I could give less then 1 star! The front desk people and honestly everyone at this office besides the dr is extremely rude. I’ve called multiple times over the last couple weeks to get more information on X-ray results and each person I’ve spoke to is ruder than the last. I will not be taking my 4 month old daughter back here until they hire people who are actually professional and kind. They obviously don’t care about their patients. This office compared to all the other banner specialists we’ve been to is absolutely awful.
