Got to the bank before they close at 4pm on a Monday and waited about 10 minutes before somebody appeared from one of the back rooms. Gabriel then informed us the bank was closed and escorted us out of the building like we were trespassing. We told him we needed to deposit a check for a business next door and he said that’s unfortunate and held the door open. We were there on time and the door was unlocked, yet we were not able to complete our transaction due to terrible customer service. ?? I suggest going somewhere else and Gabriel, what’s really unfortunate is we couldn’t leave a zero star review.

Honestly this is the greatest bank I visited ever the employees are gorgeous especially ( anwar ) that’s woman is so nice and friendly .

I went into the branch and from the MOMENT I walked in I was greeted with such smiles and kindness. I have been a Bank of America customer since the 1990s (when B of A was Seafirst) and todays experience was one of the best I have ever had. Thank you Mark Thomas for your assistance and help with my wire transfer….you are now my ‘go to’ for my bank needs! Thank you! Thank you!

Open today for the first day, after 2 year renovation, this location is still gearing up but already able to offer all of the basic services. Super friendly staff and efficient processes. Extremely convenient location just a little distance away from the airport.

What is wrong with these people? Why can't they get their act together? Bank of America is a billion dollar Empire, they can't take two seconds to update Google Maps and online to show that this location is closed from covid? Typical BOA BS...

I have been using this location for years. Every person there has gone out of their way to make my visits enjoyable. On the rare occasion that I've had a question or issue that the friendly representative is unable to answer or solve, they are quick to have a manager assist. I suffered an extreme injury to my foot and ankle last year that has taken forever to heal. Every single time I have come in on crutches and or wearing a boot, someone has immediately offered me a seat. Shortly after the injury I had no choice but to visit the branch. I was in extreme pain. My daughter was trying to assist me, yet it was a struggle to even get out of the car. An employee came outside to offer help! Then another employee helped me into a rolling chair and brought me to the counter. I know banking can be a chore, but I actually look forward to visiting this branch. Can't wait for them to reopen.

I’m not sure how assistant vice President Sean made it to this job title without knowing check cashing policies. I put a calling to the corporate office where they explain How vice President Sean was wrong for not cashing my check. That they would have somebody talk to him about nonmember fees And check cashing policy. But informed me I probably should drive to a different bank for the time being. leaving me with no solution but to waste time out of my day and drive elsewhere. I would recommend choosing a different bank because of their traditional long wait lines and inconsistency with tellers being trained to do their job properly. If you still choose to use this bak definitely go to a different branch.

I never write reviews, but Trenton Valin at this location is the absolute best. I've had bad experiences with people at different BOA locations and after meeting him, I feel like I have someone on my side when I come to the bank. He is so understanding, helpful and kind.

Wish there was a zero! Just moved to this area and if I could go to a different one I would. Been a BofA customer for a long time and never felt like leaving this company until today. Just left this place! Rudest middle aged Hispanic lady I have come in contact with at BofA and all I came in for was a cashier's check. I never write reviews but it was that bad. She needs a basic class in customer service or needs a good talking too. She needs to learn to listen and hold her comments to herself.

This location couldn't be any more rude and unhelpful. This is the 3 rd time at this location that we have came to try and get a new debit card and notary and the teller says there's no notary only tuesdays through thursdays, well... it's Tuesday and it was going to be 30mins for me to get a new debit card as it was the last two times. Getting closer to ending our relationship with Bank Of America. Poor Customer Service.

The rudest and most unfriendly people at this location. Usually when you have a customer come in you greet them, not here... three tellers standing around chatting with each other and I guess I interrupted because it was amazing that the teller even helped me and the eye rolling was what I would expect from a teenager not a grown adult professional. Simple check payment for a bill with very little interaction during the entire transaction and she probably couldn't tell you what I looked like because she never looked up at me and a very forced “thanks for coming in†when I was walking out. I've had bad service at this location before so I haven't been back for over two years. Guess nothings changed.
