In keeping with the general bad experience across all the BOFA branches I have gone to, got very subpar service which included some weird comments from the staff. Will not return if I can help it, stay away from this bank. Very good service is available just across the street at Chase, why bother with these people?

I have been banking with BOA for the last 11 years at the McKellips and Recker branch, and the experiences have always been excellent. Thank you BOA!

They don't answer the phone. I'll take my banking elsewhere.

I deposited a check on 1/17 and bank of america pulled the money from the companies bank and held our check now for 12 days. I've called several managers and went in to try to resolve the issue WITH THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WHO WROTE THE CHECK and they still would not release our money and decided to deny the deposit now and snail mail me and copy of the check to deposit at a different bank bc they won't take it. They stole our money and they stole money from the owner of our company. We have 5 kids and I am disabled so my finances Income is all we have and are now getting food boxes and loans from family bc they are illegally holding our money!Do not bank here. There are hundreds of lawsuits about them illegally holding funds or spending funds that aren't there's.They are corrupt every single part of the bank I talked to several departments and they all lied and told me different stories and one even laughed at me for the situation we are in!We will be seeking legal counsel to hold bank of america accountable for this.

Racial profiling, banker did not want to cash my check stated that they dont cash checks for that amount for non members ( it is a BOA check!). I called another BOA and they stated they don’t have a limit. They just verify the check is legitimate. I hope BOA talks to their staff about picking and choosing what color customers they cash checks for. And hopefully let’s them know they can’t make up policies that don’t exists to deny a customer service. I called BOA as well to place the complaint.

I had an issue with executing an trustee change on bank accounts under a trust after my father died. I had spent weeks trying to get the accounts resolved, but between paperwork filing with the estate department of BofA and some issues with the way the accounts were set up, the delays and run-arounds were mounting my frustration. Luay Najjar, a representative at this location, worked through the issues with me over several visits. Luay was patient, knowledgeable, and kind, even when my frustration level was through the roof. I can't say enough good things about Luay. He is the reason I am still banking with BofA.

I was hacked on a Saturday and by the following Monday everyone at the branch went out of their way to help me get all my money back and to move forward much more securely. I want to give a very special thanks to Asst Manager Thomas Painter. He has spent many hours providing me one on one service above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. There were so many people at this branch that also stepped up and helped.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment at this Bank of America this morning and all I can say is RUN! This is the second time I’ve had an awful experience and specifically this time was extremely memorable thanks to the guy that basically bullied us my whole appointment and his name was COREY GOLDSTEIN! It was visible he got off on talking over us, belittling us & flat out arguing. He laughed at us in front of our faces upon asking questions and was just utterly rude. Please find someone else to bank with or at least avoid this location.

I just left this Bank of America location and I will drive out of my way to avoid using it again I attempted to make a deposit using the drive thru. It would not take a $100 bill. I then went into the bank at 4:00 pm to make this deposit with a live teller. There were 4 people in line ahead of me and a customer at the window There was only one teller working More customers entered the bank and the line continued to grow. A man who appeared to be a manager assisted the teller with the customer at the window who had been there at least 15-20 minutes that I was in line. After assisting the teller the manager left leaving 9 people in line. When the original customer left the line moved slightly but another employee came into the area and started assisting a man who had just entered the bank and ignored those of us who had been waiting the longest I was stunned and a I commented to the lady il behind me that it was unfair he walked in and got waited on first and we'd been waiting almost a half hour A woman appearing to be in her 20s apparently felt that was perfectly fine to do and proceeded to involve herself in my conversation She was rude and threatening and used curse words that were inappropriate at the very least Not one employee addressed the situation or apologized for the wait nothing The employee who thought it was OK to help the last person in line needs to be retrained and the manager has alot to learn about customer service On a positive note the teller that did assist me was very kind and personable and she did apologize for the inconvenience of the drive thru not working And the disrespectful 20 something woman was still in line when I left and told her God Bless you. You need it more then me!

Recker and Mckellips Road Mesa AZ. This is the most welcoming and best run branch of Bank of America I have ever done business with. I believe this is due to the exemplary leadership given by Scott Thomson Assistant Vice President Financial Center Manager. I can’t say enough great things about the wonderful service and attention to detail I have received with all of my banking needs. Scott and his staff are doing a great job always going above and beyond in their service. Thank youSincerely

I came to this branch as a walk-in for notary services and was accommodated right away. All of the staff that I interacted with was very knowledgeable. Luay, our notary, was very professional and generous with his time. Excellent experience!

They take their time with servicing at this location. No drive through so you do have to go inside. Not many tellers so the wait may be long with no sense of urgency but they do greet you at the door.

Every time I give BofA the benefit of the doubt, the staff changes my mind. I have been trying to change my name on my accounts for over a month, which is ridiculous. I even made an appointment last Saturday for this Saturday, but there was no one working the lobby. There was a banker who finally came out of his office, but he was rude. Apparently, he was annoyed at being bothered. I told him I had an appointment, and he said someone was finishing another and would help me. So, I waited. A man walks in, and even though I told him I had an appointment, he was determined to get help. A rep finally made her way to the lobby and proceeded to help the man. It was already 10 minuted into my "appointment time," but this man got assistance first. I walked out. It is time to switch banks.

I have been on hold for 20 minutes. Going into the bank isn't any better. Bad customer service. A wealthy bank should answer calls within 10 minutes at the most!!
