I am a non customer of B of A. I had and issue of someone trying to get a credit card through this Bank. Armando greeted me and immediately got hold of someone on the phone to assist me with addressing this. He treated me as if I was a B of A account holder. So many reviews of banks are negative. Armando went above what I expected. Thanks. I will definitely refer people I know next time they are looking for a new financial institution. Thanks again for your help!

They seriously need more staff here, there's always a long wait. Everytime i come to withdraw money theres only one person. No one really answers the phone

Absolutely the worst bank we have ever used. Right now I'm waiting in a very long line of 25 people and again only one cashier. No one or no manager has acknowledged all the upset customers. If this was a one-time or rare current it might be different but this is standard operating procedure for this horrible branch.

One star. If I could give zero, I would. There were only 2 tellers at the window, when 3 other tellers weren't doing s**** The bank has 6 windows but only use 2. As the line got longer, the tellers got slower. While 3 other tellers, that could've helped, just stood watching with their thumbs up their asses.

Really poor customer service from a female banker. Bank of America struggles in general with customer service but this location did it the worst today.If you can bank with elsewhere, I’d recommend to do so.

Do not bank here!! I deposited a check from a well known hospital that has multiple hospitals throughout the valley on Dec.31. I was told that it would clear on Jan 3rd, then the 5th. They are now telling me that it will not clear until January 7th because, they have to make sure that it's real. My rent was paid with this check and now returned.

Very stuck up it no understanding for certain life situations that happen seemed to me the people who work at this bank were raised by the Internet and not real humans who raised me with understanding Old School morals and values especially when it pertains to your hard earned money God Bless you

I just received a phone call from Jimmy Valentin at this branch on a review that I gave one of their associates. He was not happy with the review and I felt verbally threatened. I'm entitled to my views and don't appreciate threatening phone calls!
