Apparently 5 liters is more than 20 us qts. Tried to recycle my oil and was told that the limit is 20 us qts I brought in 1 full jug of oil (5 lt) and another small container. They only allowed me to dump the 5l container and nothing more since it was over the limit. Thank you

Went to drop off an old car battery and auto zone specifically has 10$ in-store credit for dropping off old batteries. Guy behind the counter lied to me and told me it doesn't exist so he wouldn't have to issue a card. I came and set it down and the guy just stared at me and I politely asked for the in-store credit and he told me there was none and autozone has never had that program. The guy tricked me and then gaslit me into believing that I was crazy for even asking.

So regarding this last review by Jen Prince. I was there and witnessed everything. Her husband was one of the most rude people I have ever seen. Not only was he yelling/cussing at the people behind the counter he was also trying to fight a customer. They did help him and he’s son. Crazy that it was over wiper blades. These people definitely have a problem and need to learn how to control themselves in public. Great job for the two people behind the counter and staying calm and collective. If that was me I would have took that guy outside if you catch my drift. Rock star store and they definitely deserve a raise for how they handled it. I never write these but after see what she said I was compelled too.
