My poor neighbor had her car break down and we had a hard time finding the correct part. The one person that was actually trying to help us, kept getting rudely interrupted by someone named Kyle. It was the most unprofessional situation I have seen in a while. He was very apologetic and it was not his fault. Let him do his job! He was the only one at any store we went to who attempted to help us without trying to send us to the dealer. But that's a whole different problem!

This is the second time I've come to this location with a dead battery and had my battery replaced by a wonderful person who worked hard and made the process as easy as it should be. Today Kyle helped me and she was cheerful, funny, and made quick work of the battery swap.
