I'm so sorry I didn't catch the employees name but I will never forget him. Best customer service I have had in forever!! Above and beyond for me and my daughter thought it was a expensive problem turns out we could fix it ourselves and not to brag but Dodge runs smoothly again thank you again we will be back!!

Tried to get a battery from here and was told they couldn't even sell me one for my car which is HILARIOUS because they are the ones I got it from last time. Hire better educated people.

Couldn't say more great things! Came in with a coolant hose issue and Michael C. went above and beyond to help me with my needs! He diagnosed the issue, found the part (which was in-stock) and then offered to help replace the part! He replaced my whole coolant reservoir. He turned a very stressful situation into an easy fix! Amazing customer service and was a life saver!

Young Store Service Rep, who I believe his first name was Wiley. He was extremely helpful and went beyond normal to help get me what I needed.
A company, or Store in this case, is only as good as their employees. Great job Wiley.

Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable about auto mechanics. I always receive amazing help especially from Cody and others alike! I do happen to find Chris's work behavior, customer service skills and overall his manners lacking. If it wasn't for that single complaint i would leave a nice 5 star review! Wylie R was a great help . Not only did he help me find my correct windshield wiper blades and install them he also filled up my windshield fluid.I Appreciated not having to do that myself.

It can be intimidating to enter an auto supply store as a woman with very little knowledge of cars but I have always felt very welcome in this specific store! Staff and technicians here are always helpful, courteous, and kind. Today I came in needing to figure out why my car’s ETC light was on and Sam helped me check my engine and reset it so I can pass my emissions test! Saved me lots of money, time, and peace of mind! I am super grateful!!!

Came in today to get the battery tested. Just needed to clean the terminals.Mike C came out to help…. Totally voluntarily. The cleaner was sold out, he brought some spare. I didn’t have the scrubber, he brought his own out and latex gloves.Super chill guy just out helping people on a hot AZ day.This world needs more people like Mike.They didn’t have some cleaner I could buy there (sold out), but because auto zone was helping for the win today, I stayed with the company and bought some supplies from a different branch just cuz of the help.Great show today AZ. And thanks.

Tried to dropped of my used motor oil,manager acted annoyed and sent us to the back were the tank was locked up,refused to give other employees a key to unlock it,waited 10 minutes and left. Terrible customer service.
