The guys at this Auto Zone were fantastic…I bought a battery from them and they even installed it,and I gotta tell you that was NO easy feat they had to install it under the car and behind the front wheel,and this young man by the name of MARIO did ALL THE WORK IN THE HOT ARIZON SUN….make sure if there is anything for a car truck please come here to this Auto Zone and ask for MARIO,they are located at 4450 E Baselinr Rd Mesa

Brought my wife’s 2019 Ford fusion hybrid, and to get the battery tested. The gentleman came out looked under the hood, completely clueless as to where the battery was. He then requested I pop the trunk to test the battery in the back while telling me there was no battery in the front and it was only fuses.
“Sir, I jumpstarted this vehicle by using the “battery”, in the engine compartment. These vehicles have two batteries in them.”
Again, he says no those are only fuses. “Dude, then how did I jumpstart it to get it here. This car has two batteries”.
Cluelessly, he asked me if I could remove the front battery because he didn’t want to break anything. “Guy, This is why I brought it here. Thanks for nothing will take it elsewhere.”
This guy should NOT be working here.

Outstanding service at this AutoZone !!
The gentleman that helped us here went way above and beyond helping me troubleshoot the problem that I had in my car.
The other young lady that was there was also very helpful with other customers.
I will be going out of my way to drive to this AutoZone every time that I need auto parts.

I’m just curious what kind of training the managers receive here, specifically Omar. What kind of manager doesn’t help a customer and instead laughs because the customer thought he was at a different location? And then calls the location that the customer meant to go to and falsely claims that the customer is trying to scam them with a return? Absolutely no one took the time to help at this location or the main and greenfield store. Instead they made false accusations against the customer and said they were calling the police. All that was attempting to be done was to return an item without a receipt. Which by the way IS something they can do. AVOID THIS PLACE. They don’t care about actually helping.

Being a single woman and needing help is already hard enough, but definitely coming here reminds me why they tell women to never come alone. These guys are rude & told me things that weren’t true, I’m not sure what they get out of that but just beware if you’re alone there. It’s typically the older workers!

Don’t waste your time at this location…just got to the one on Power and Main…Greenfield and Baseline hardly ever has what you need in stock (even though it says they do on the website) and/or they’ll screw up your battery warranty and you’ll be stuck with the cost and/or they’ll restock their shelves with previously returned products that are busted so you end up wasting a bunch of time going back and forth. Oh and their oil dispenser is full more times than not, so again you’ll have to end up traveling power and main anyway.

I thought I needed a break light which I didn’t end up needing because it’s just a problem with the wires so Trevor had me return it but I would definitely go back next time and ask for him. He went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate him.
