Giving a shout out to Ener who helped us last week. He helped us with power steering fluid and even showed us where it goes and filled the tank for us. Taking the time to help people in need who have no idea about cars.

The Lindsey and mckellips is one of only a few autozones I go to. You can usually get help here fairly quickly without standing in line forever and the guys here don’t have the attitude you get at most Autozone locations. (Call a hub assembly the wheel bearing and they act like you’re the biggest idiot on the planet.) these guys are just more friendly. They always ask if I need help finding anything right as I walk in which is nice even when you know where you’re going.

My car had stalled out and I managed to get it into their parking lot very early one morning. I am a single older woman. When they opened I walked in to tell them why I was sitting in their parking lot. I had already called Triple A and I was guessing it was my alternator that had gone out as I was told the day before it might be the cause of a light on in the dashboard. I mentioned that to the 3 sales guys standing around talking. One said well I can sell you one and I'm like can you install it too? He said no we are a store that only sells them. Which I knew as I've used them before. I replied I live alone and don't know any mechanic's but have a garage I can have it towed to and walked back to my car. Not 1 of those guys ever bothered to walk back out and check on me or maybe offer to look at my car quickly. It wasn't turning over. It was quite chilly that morning too. They didn't ask if I'd like to wait in inside the store, nothing. When the tow truck arrived the driver quickly asked if I was okay and helped me up into the cab of his truck so I could ride to the garage. I then noticed 2 of the guys standing there watching the tow driver get my car up onto the bed of his truck. I use another Auto Zone closer to my home and I know their sales guys show much more concern and are way more helpful. I nor anyone else would have never been left setting out in their cold car for an hour without checking on them.Those 3 guys need a lesson in humility and showing concern. Yes, I realize A.Z. is a auto parts store but I could have become a potential customer and referred them to other women or anyone I know for that matter. Not now!!

Autozone in MESA: If I could put negative I would. When I arrived there was know one in line. There were two women helping two customers for about 10 minutes. They all looked clueless. Note: I am a woman. The parts manager was standing to the side doing appearing to be doing nothing. He finally came over to help me to check my new battery which had been drained + I wanted to check if it was good still + exchange due to the circumstance. He explained he needed to check before he could only exchange if it was bad. I explained to Mr Parts Mgr the Autozone off of Osborne suggested I have it checked + exchanged since it was under warranty, fine. So all of the sudden he said he had to help someone else at the parts desk ...because thats "his station"... but wait... isn't a battery a car part???.... just saying... yet he's the "parts manager"... ok.... he then proceeded to ask me to wait + that someone would help me. Then the line filled up with customers, suddenly a third customer service agent appeared walked over + asked me to get back in line because she had to help someone else. At this point I had been patiently waiting for almost 20 minutes (mind you the store was empty when I arrived).... I told her Mr.Parts manager told me to wait here. She then told me sorry, you have to GET BACK IN LINE... what an EPIC FAIL. I said OK + left. I will not use this autozone again as everyone looked half asleep + clueless... unbelievable. Please hire people who have some skills beyond ringing up people... most of my experiences in Autozone have been great through out the years, with knowledgeable + polite employess... but this one was crazy. Maybe they need training on customer service + car parts.... and a new staff or I guess management.

Thank you Enner P !!! I’m so glad you’re at this location ! Enner was super helpful with my Subaru todayI came in as my oil was low, he offered to assist as I also forgot the funnel . He also helped with the coolant I didn’t notice I needed?! Thank You again for your professionalism and courtesy!

I went to the McKellips and Lindsay location for a new battery. Sorcha immediately greeted me and was so efficient, knowledgeable, polite and kind! My battery was under warranty so I received a full replacement which was a relief and David B installed the new one on the spot at no charge which made the whole experience so amazing. I highly recommend Autozone and particularly this location, they truly know what customer service is. Thank you for ending my day in such a positive way!!

Bought a new car battery. Sean at the 2744 E McKellips Rd, Mesa store was super friendly and very competent at installing it. Was done quickly and the car started right up. He’s a great example of why i come to Auto Zone for car needs.

Was having trouble with my battery, took it in, and they tested it. Found it was a bad battery. I purchased a new battery and windshield wipers, which they installed at no extra cost. Best customer service ever!
