Hit or miss with some of the workers here. Depends on the mood they are in unfortunately. Credit due where it is earned to those who are good which is why I'm not giving them a 1. My vehicle wasn't turning on so I took it here down the street since they advertise free battery check. Was told my battery was good; he double checked and informed of that. I ended up going to AN Chevy Mesa and where they checked my battery with the same device and he told me I had a bad battery. So I went to O'Reilly's where they had the battery in stock and they installed it for me with no problem. They even offered to check my battery beforehand to make sure I wasn't buying a new battery for no reason.

Josh was super quick to ask if I needed help when looking for motor oil. He was very knowledgeable.Arrianna was very helpful when I asked multiple questions she was patient and looked everything up for me and even printed out the info I needed. Jarrett was quick to help any customer that walked thru the door. Aaron was stocking the over head items really quickly. It was nice to see a store that was very well stocked. Not one of them was just standing around they were all being very productive. Store was very clean. Thanks for dealing with me and my kids and all my questions

Couldn't find what I needed nor anyone to assist me. Decided to wait in line as maybe you were short staffed. Had 2 people checking out and 1 person ahead of me. After waiting at LEAST 15 MINUTES I simply left.

I went to my fourth Auto Zone today and finally this one was able to assist me with no problem as they were able to help me find the right battery (after going to 3 other locations that told me they had it in stock but didn’t), install it and get me on my way. Blew a right rear taillight. First of all I could not figure out how to get the bulb out of this Jeep Patriot I have. So I went to AutoZone and asked if he would help me out. Turns out I asked the right place because he showed me how to get the diagram downloaded to my phone. So he helped me do that also and although it was not easy I found out the whole rear taillight assembly comes off in one big piece. Did all of this in the parking lot. Then he looked up the bulb and I replaced mine, put it back together and am on the road again! My sincere thanks go out to him because the first person I asked to fix it was 85.00 to 115.00. AutoZone price for two bulbs? 9.98. Thank you.

I went here because it was less than a block away when my check engine light came on. They told me they had no OBD scanner on site and suggested I *purchase one*. This seems very strange for a chain that offers free code reading as a trademark service, and the suggestion that I *buy* the device myself was ridiculous. I went to O'Reilly's across the street to have my codes read and don't intend to visit this AutoZone again.

Stopped here about a month ago to purchase and have a battery installed. Was informed by attendant that they could not install battery because the manual stated may take up to 30 minutes to install . Went down the street to O'Reilly and they installed and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I have been in retail for 40 years and could not believe what I was hearing. O"Reillys gained a new customer .

Aaron tested and replaced my bad battery in the hot burning sun in about ten minutes. Thank you so much for your customer service AutoZone. Great staff at this location.
