A few weeks ago I came in needing something, Alex Rosales was the employee that helped me. He went above and beyond for me (as I’m a mom with a crazy toddler) he made my visit so easy, got what I needed, and even came to my car to help fix my light. It’s hard to find people like Alex these days. His hard work, customer service, and kindness was what made me get on here and write this review! Thank you.

I went in looking for a windshield wiper for my car and I was so confused and I wasn’t sure which one to get. I didn’t even know that there were different sizes when Samantha McCurdy-Young helped me find the right fit for my car!

If you go to this place be sure you watch these clerks like a hawk. For the second time they tried to over charge me. This time the piece of sh_ _ tried to over charge be $2. Then when I pointed it out to him he got upset and threw a little fit, which seriously I thought he was having an epileptic seizure. If you can avoid this place I recommend doing so because they will try to rip you off at all turns. Attention: the punk that tried to rip me off. “ you have a lot of nerve and you’ll get yours !! “ Consider yourself reported to corporate.

While walking into this autozone store I pulled out my key fob to lock my car not knowing that I dropped money out of my purse. An employee at this store later found the money and found me to give it to me. I am more than impressed with his honesty and appreciate it very much! Also very helpful in finding the car parts we needed.

Worst autozone customer service ever. When I walked in, there was a small group of about 5 employees behind the counter. The leader of the group, probably a manager but cannot verify, was talking loudly about the time he went to a "naked lady club" with his brother going into explicit detail about a woman's breast and the dance she performed for them. All of this while a lady was being attended to at the counter. I was in the aisles looking for things and couldn't help to hear because of the loud volume they were speaking in. When I was ready to pay, so were 5 other costumers and all of a sudden there were no employees in sigh or within earshot, since one of the other patrons yelled loudly *is anybody here?* and got no response. Will NOT visit this location again. Might as well have been O'Reilly's...
