3-18-24I needed a new battery for my 2011 Nissan Sentra and went to the Auto Zone at 4236 S Signal Butte in Mesa (store # 6727) - I had a fantastic experience with a young employee (Jalen H.) who has been working there for about 2 months and he was the most courteous and customer service orientated young person that I have interacted with for many years - Jalen H at store 6727 certainly deserves KUDOS and definitely would be a keeper

They do price match so thats good. Ive had a bad experience at this store so thats why it gets 3 stars. Ive also had great help. Some employees are just bad apples.

I just did business at the AutoZone store (Store # 6727) on ,Signal Butte in Mesa, AZ. My battery died after taking a granddaughter to a friends house. I was visiting Mesa for a few weeks and was unfamiliar with the city. Having an AutoZone battery, still in warranty, I met with Steve at the store. I showed him my purchase paperwork, but he couldn't find proof of my purchase in their system. Steve went the extra mile to talk to the store where I purchased the battery and we got everything worked out satisfactorily. Steve replaced my battery, and placed the old battery in my car to take home to the AutoZone store about 3 hours away for a full refund. Steve went the extra mile for me, and I truly appreciate his efforts and his polite, friendly demeanor. Customer service is a priority with him. Thanx.

Walked in, and someone asked if i needed help, i said yes, and they proceeded to do nothing. Meanwhile, 2 other people came in and got help. Terrible customer service at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different autoparts store.

VERY helpful staff, took lots of time to answer questions and offer suggestions of how to fix the problem and didn't upsell me. He offered the cheapest and easiest option and drew diagrams to explain everything!

I have tried to return oil to this location 3 times. All 3 times I had purchased the oil at this location. No more.All other location have their tank emptied but this location struggles.

What a great experience with this Auto Zone. I was greeted with a smile and friendliness from Kai as soon as I walked into the store. Needing a new battery for my car, he was extremely polite and helpful. Installed the battery in no time. A truly nice way to start my morning after starting it with a dead battery.
