Lee has helped our family with their vehicles for many years. He does great work and is also reliable and trustworthy. He gets the job done as quick as possible and is upfront about the expectation and cost. No fluff, runaround or nonsense...we highly recommend Lee and Auto Body Specialists.

I recently was in a car accident and found ABS, Mr. Lee Spack was very helpful and communicated with me. He made sure I was had a rental while he fixed my car. He stood up for me when I had no idea what to do with my insurance. Not many people will tell it like it is and make sure you're aware of your insurance, they'd just take and take, Mr. Lee was nothing like that. I trusted him and he did a very good job on my car, it doesn't even look like I was in a car accident. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with this shop. Even with as busy as Lee is, he took my car on and helped me out after getting in a wreck. My car looks amazing. The work they did, my car looks brand new. He's gained a long time customer from me!

**DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, BRING YOUR CAR TO A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO HELP YOU AND NOT JUST MAKE A FEW BUCKS** I was referred to this shop by TMC Auto in Tempe for paint repair. When I called them to inquire about pricing and a timeline the person who answered the phone was very rude and impatient. It sounded like he was yelling at someone else at the time he answered, and then he did not even let me get a full sentence out explaining what service I needed before rambling off about how for paint jobs they would need to take the whole bumper off, blend the paint, seal it all back together, etc etc. Okay great - the guy is a little rude but it sounds like they can do the job, right? Apparently not, since when I asked about pricing and timeline he told me "at least $600" to which I replied "oh wow", as it seemed a bit high for a 6inch cosmetic scratch repair, especially in comparison to the estimate other nearby shops have given me. This man then proceeded to actually YELL at me about how gray paint is a pain to work with and his guys only do work "the right way", before shouting "you know what, F*ck this" and hanging up altogether. Completely unprovoked and without reason, this grown man who is supposed to be scheduling my car repair threw a fit like a toddler instead. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or maybe he's unhappily employed there, but I was very patient and polite, and still couldn't even get through a simple 5 minute phone call to find out if they could fix it, how long it would take and how much it would cost without this man freaking out and hanging up. If your business doesn't have time or resource to take on new jobs then just let people know that you can't service them, or maybe don't answer the phone. The behavior that this person displayed was incredibly unprofessional and borderline aggressive. If you can't handle inbound customer service calls without having a temper tantrum how can you possibly be trusted to care for customer vehicles in a respectful way? This entire establishment is a giant waving red flag and I will never give them my business, and suggest that others steer clear as well.

Lee did a great job on the body work to the front bumper of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I would recommend him and this shop to anyone needing repair for scratches, paint scraped, any auto body fix!
