Paige is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She made my curls look beautiful I don't remember ever seeing them look so beautiful. She showed me exactly how to get the same curls at home. I am definitely going back to Paige. I highly recommend her. Thank you Paige!

I had my haircut on Saturday afternoon with Ashley, asked for a trim and light layers. Apparently I wasn't heard because my hair was half way down my back and now it's above my shoulders, I asked for light layers and got layers to the point I can't put my hair up for work the whole front half of my hair falls out of a pony tail. I asked to have beach curls and showed a picture and ended up with curlers in my hair making it puffy with two small curls in the front instead of having actual curls around my whole head. My hair is ruined and I'm utterly disappointed

Nesa was amazing. She was incredibly friendly, and she did exactly as I asked. I am growing my hair out and really taking good care of it. I hate going to salons and having them just cut all the growth off. Nesa cut what was needed. I have a LOT of thin hair, so it gets incredibly heavy, causing migraines. I always get an eye roll or "Are you sure?" When I ask to thin out my hair. Nesa didn't, and she automatically asked, "You get a lot of migraines?" I felt heard and validated. She's the best, and I wish her the best healing after her injury. Can't wait to have her back!!

I was able to schedule a same day with Ascheley on their website. She was very pleasant and kind, listening to my wants and giving me exactly the cut I wanted! If I'm being honest, she made it very liberating for me. She did a beautiful job on my pixie cut, explained to me how to take care of it, and hyped me up the whole way through. I'm so excited to have found this place, and Ascheley on my new hair journey.
I highly recommend this salon to anyone who's had a "rough" time with other salons- IFYKYK!

Wish had same experience everyone else in reviews. This is the second time I've not been listened to, and not gotten what I wanted. Simple enough told her I wanted really blonde mini partial highlight just on the crown to hide grays, a little chunky but came out more sandy brown than blonde and took all my bright blonde out with brown toner!? I hate stripes on side of my head is why I ask for the top crown only. But she added to the sides cause she said she wanted to..now I have uneven stripes Ugh! Besides all that the overall color on top looks good..just not what I wanted and she offered me options to make things better. I just did not want to overdo my hair so will wait till next highlight to fix, and I feel awful not paying when she did work on my hair. Well I was overcharged and paid $100 for a mini partial highlight on just the crown of my head. I'm so sad I didn't get the desired hairstyle I wanted..I'm done with salons ripping me off and doing what they want instead of what I asked for. :( (Stylist: Ascheley)

She took 2 hours to put highlight in my hair. I showed her a picture with bright blonde hair and she gave me an ash color. I was there for 4.5 hours. I also told her I only wanted 2 inches cut off and she cut way more than that. The salon was also very dirty. I will never be back there.

This is a nice, clean spot. I just moved to Arizona and was hoping to like this place and make it my regular spot to go to, but unfortunately, my experience there was not pleasurable.Went there and got a haircut who took forever because the stylist obviously didn't have experience with an A line haircut I wish to have, but she never said she didn't have experience. After a long time, it kind of looked ok but not at all what I showed in the picture as a reference.Later that day, I realized one side was longer than the other, so I called and I had to go back next day to try to get it fixed. One side had an angle and the other didn't, so she only needed to angle the other side, well she didn't know how and had to call a coworker stylist for help.This lady was nice and tried to fix it but she also didn't know how, because instead of angle the side that needed it, she cut everything straight and made my hair even shorter.I am not going back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, except maybe the male community with short hair.

I went to Augusta Ranch hair salon at the recommendation of my daughter who has been several times and has gotten a great cut and style. I had hair to almost my lower mid back. I told the stylist I wanted two inches off and long layers. I told her I want the shortest layer to be at my chest. Because I was I instructed to take my glasses off for the cut, I could not see what was being done. At the end of the cut and style, I was shocked to see my hair cut to my shoulders and the shortest layer right below my ear. The layers I received are very choppy and do not flow. The right side of my hair is about an inch longer than the left. She also layered the back of my hair. Overall it looks very choppy. The stylist was nice , but did not cut my hair the way I wanted. I am very disappointed in the cut that I received and will now have to wear my hair back in a pony tail until it grows back out.
