Went in today to update my mailing address since the website wasn't accepting it. I was greeted by the older man wearing a football jersey who didn't even bother to look at my account. All he did was type my address in his computer in the new business portion to say "well, I cant fix it call 611". I was appalled by his comment. Instead of saying "no worries let me check your account and we can get on the phone with them together". I pay enough for my 4 lines after 12 years! I walked in for in person service and needed help. He refused to. How in the world does this guy have a job here? He has no customer service focus and just wants to pass the buck to someone else. Talk about work avoidance. what if I also wanted to upgrade? Im sure he would have been all ears for that... needless to say, I walked out after he told me not to be difficult in a situation that he caused due to a lack of service skills. Of course before I almost implored him to look at my account he made the usual disgust face of "i guess." If you're reading this, I hope you sleep better at night knowing your lack of simple focus on resolution (which is the basis of customer service) caused this review, a corporate complaint, and losing business. The latter, im sure you don't care about. Also, to the other employees working today that witnessed the altercation, shame on you as well for not stepping up to take control.You may have seen me as a disabled individual, but you have no idea of my affinity relationship with ATT. You borderline discriminated against me by treating me the way you did.Whoever at this ATT store decides to respond, make sure you put your name and number so we can talk... or just look out for my complaint.

The male Rep, whose name I didn't get the spelling of was really phenomenal. He took care of all my trade in questions and concerns. He instructed me with patience to prepare my S10 for return, as well as assisted with tbe questions on my new phone. AT&T customer service is what keeps me as a customer ?

It went wonderful. The new phone had to be ordered and came in immediatelyI came to your AT&T office and you're representativetook immediate care of me. Transferredall from one phone to another. He was very knowledgeable and did everything I needed done. He also was very kind personally.

My experience at this AT&T corporate store was disappointing due to the extremely poor customer service provided by the two employees on duty. Their demeanor was consistently rude and condescending, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite my intention to make a purchase, their behavior ultimately led me to reconsider, and I opted to take my business elsewhere. It's disheartening when a company's representatives fail to uphold basic standards of courtesy and professionalism, as it not only tarnishes the customer experience but also reflects poorly on the brand as a whole.

The store manager was awesome I don’t remember his name though and I think the other guy helping was named Gibby and he was awesome also very great customer service

Definitely don't believe the hype they'll make promises I can't keep does picture on a plan and then discontinue the plan I straight up feel like I got sucker punched

I have gone to this store on Power Road many times and have always had a great customer service experience along with purchasing phones and getting direct t.v. Today I had a big problem with my phone. Something happened with my messages and email on my phone and in trying to fix it, I made it worse. After 1 1/2 hours, I went into the store for help. Eric "greeted" me, but never introduced himself. He was dressed unprofessionally in a t-shirt and jeans and acted like he didn't want to be there. I told him what happened and he was very condescending, and even said he didn't think he could fix my mistake and take it back to how it was. I told him that the phone had a problem and I added to it by trying to fix it. His condescenion continued. Eric also kept looking around the store, not fully paying attention to me, even though there was only 1 other customer in the store. He was able to get everything back more or less, but not the way it was. I thanked him and was grateful that I had a working phone with a messaging app. The customer service was just awful and I wanted to just walk out. Later when I got home, I discovered that many of my contacts had disappeared, along with past text messages. I am now back to trying to fix this on my own again. I don't know what happened at this store. I have never had an experience like this before. I have been considering getting a new phone, but it won't be from there.

I went in to this store expecting to be overwhelmed. Eric was so patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with ease and made my experience one of the best I’ve ever had! Thank you Eric!

This store at Power & Hampton s not customer friendly. I'm on my 4th trip to see the manager to close my brother's account due to death. Manager wouldn't take my calls. Now he won't come out in person to discuss the matter with me.

"Very friendly but would be careful with Frys . Go to this corporate store instead!"The above "fake" review was posted yesterday and NOT by me! Watch out! Someone from ATT is posting fake reviews!!I did visit this store on Saturday. ATT Customer service (who I called myself) was wonderful but the service I received inside the store was not.I was told I would have to pay over $500 because I didn't send my old phones back on time. I was so worried and upset. Then, I was treated like I was a stupid old person who didn't know how to use a cell phone.The only help I received was a phone number and I took care of everything myself. The person from customer service was great and allowed me to send the phones back for a full reversal of the charges. Online customer service gets 5 stars! In-person service gets 1 star.Then, someone from this store actually wrote the above review pretending to be me. That's really pathetic! And illegal!!
