Beware! This is NOT AT&T. They are a 3rd party vendor. Great place to buy accessories but Do Not ask service questions. They gave bad advice, my phone is now locked and I can't call or text until the real AT&T can fix over the phone. If you need help go to Power and Hampton. That's a corporate store. Much better help and accurate info there.

AT&T. Best cellular on the planet..Chris helped us to.day. Always the best service, when we go in that store. Greeted with a smile.always welcomes us. They work very hard to help customers..my wait time wasn't bad.either..the store was jam packed, and Chris was happy to help Fixed my situation, Gotta Love Samsung. Specially if yar a Gamer like me. Chris hooked me right up.was having an insurance issue with my cell..no worries att has the beat I insurance..haven't found a better one. My s21 gwtti g and upgrade to s22 ultra, and yes 512 gig..is more powerful than my laptop..crazzy huh.. My cell is incredibly fast. Zero wait time .in a fast paced world is what we all need. Go see Chris..or really anyone over on power AT&T. THEY WILL FIX ya right up..and give ya the very best service..lots to choose from, clean..or watch the game if it's on.while ya wait. Thank you Chris..You Rock! Jay

Manager was SO PATIENT and thoroughly helpful in finding and fixing my problem with my phone. I’m sorry to the other customers who had to wait, but I’m so grateful for his willingness to stick with me.

Do NOT come here if your phone is on a business/corporate plan! We went to get a new upgraded phone on a corporate plan where we buy the phone and the company pays the service. This third party store somehow managed to screw up the phone SO BAD trying to add a two year plan to the corporate account that it wiped out the SIM on the old phone and of course would not add the two year plan because we don't have the authorization on the account. After two hours, this store could not activate a new phone and then could not restore the old phone! We went to the corporate AT&T store on Hampton and they said that all he had to do was let us buy a new phone and swap the SIM. This store didn't need to touch the corporate account at all! The store on Hampton couldn't restore the phone either because of course, we don't have the authority on the service, and the other store wiped the old SIM. It took two weeks to get it back in service since the company tech contacts are on the other side of the world, and we had to get a new SIM, this time an eSIM. Now the company has to work with AT&T to reset the service plan to wipe out the two year contract and after that we can then buy a new phone. This time we will go to the AT&T corporate store on Hampton to swap the eSIM, where they know what they are doing and stay away from third party AT&T affiliate stores like this one

I worked with Stephanie and she was super helpful and had a delightful attitude. She was very upbeat and made a point of making sure I ¹understood how to do things if the need arose. She was terrific!!

I went into this at&t due to my phone just dying and refusing to turn on. I was helped by Vanessa and she tried everything to get my phone to turned on but sadly my phone was old and didn't work any longer. She gave me several options of what I can do and after I settled on a new phone she was super patient in setting up my new phone. She had really great customer service!

My husband and I had AMAZING customer service at this location by Hugo! We changed our service from another carrier to AT&T, purchased 3 new phones and an I Pad. Hugo was extremely patient with us even as more and more customers came through the door. Not once did he seem flustered or rushed with us! He was able to multi task helping others while providing top notch service to us. Refreshing to see this level of customer service out there!!

Yesterday Eric assisted my husband in trading in his old for a new phone and case, transferring his data, and answered a bunch of various questions.He was very patient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and technically adept with phone technology & changes in capabilities.After Eric told us we could save $80/ month if I changed service providers, I naturally decided to transfer from Verizon to AT&T. Thank you for all your help Eric!!
