Very satisfied with the service. I came in with a plan in mind and the associate assisted me without trying to oversell me. He did provide all my options but ultimately made me feel comfortable with my overall decision. He did not have the color in stock so he had to order online. Not sure how commission works but if he lost a sale for not purchasing in house I couldn't tell because his tone was the same throughout the interaction. I was with my 3 year old and he assisted me in the right amount of time. I wasn't rushed or pressured. I haven't received my phone yet but based on my interaction I am confident my expectations have been met.

I wish I could give zero stars. The girl Andrea that helped us out. Completely lied to us on multiple occasions. We brought five lines over to this store. It took them two weeks to get all our service transferred. And during that time my two of my kids had no phone service because of a mistake that Andrea made. When we went in the manager said that she had made multiple mistakes and would reprimand her for it but nothing could be done to get the phones working. Finally, we were told that our ultimate bill would be $186 a month with the first bill being a little higher because of activation fees and partial month service. Our first bill came and it was $300. OK we understand that we are now on our second bill and the bill is now $500. when calling and trying to find out why our bill is so much we were told that we had to deal with corporate that there was nothing they could do. So once again, the store lied to us and is unwilling to help us. The whole situation was shady and nobody really wanted to help us. When we got our new phones in we tried to take them in to get them activated and we were told no that the original rep that helped us didn’t work today so we had to wait three days for her to come back so she could activate the phones. On top of that they messed our service up multiple times which messed up the Sim cards and every single time they charged us for a new Sim card. I don’t know if it’s just AT&T but this store is the worst store and the worst phone buying experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. How do you go from $186 a month to over $500 a month. And the messed up part is we traded in our old phones that were paid off to get new phones and make payments on them so if we decide to not work with AT&T anymore , then we have to give our phones back so we’ll have no service and no phones. I wish there was something that we could do but because they’re a third-party AT&T retailer there’s nothing. Worst store store ever do not go to them for Service. You will get the runaround lied to and any other thing they can do wrong they will and just say oh we can’t do anything about it.

I’m really glad they have someone who speaks Spanish. Earlier this week my mom went it and needed some help with her account, there was a Spanish speaking worker there that got her all settled.

I wanted to upgrade my devices. They ordered the wrong devices...wouldn't accept a return...extremely rude and unhelpful!!! Go to the AT&T at Tempe Marketplace...excellent customer service..,what a difference!

I walked into the store and I was greeted with a smile from the employees. I had some concerns about my phone bill. They were very accommodating to me and were able to help me pick a plan with a more affordable cost that was within my budget. Thanks Ernesto you were awesome :)

I walked in needing a new phone. The store was super busy, but the manager was still very kind and assisted me right away. I told him my needs and he was kind enough to not only help me but also added teacher discount. This is one of the best AT&T stores I’ve ever been to, shout-out to the store manager, Ernesto!

UPDATE: I reacted out to the store again and I also completely right about them. They allow their employees to lie to their customers and then do nothing to correct the error. When I spoke to the store manager, Ernesto, he admitted that his employee not only lied to me, but lied to other customers as well. Still, he refused to do anything to make the situation right.My suggestion to anyone who decides to go with AT&T would be don't go to this store. Competence, integrity, and customer service means nothing to them.I decided to switch my phone plan to ATT&T and went to this store to sign up for an account and purchase a phone. The whole process has been shady, to say the least. I turned in my older model phone with the expectation that I would be receiving a credit towards my new phone. They kept my old phone but never gave me the credit. I asked for a receipt, and they said their systems were down and they couldn't print one. I got this new phone in November. It's now May, and they still have not resolved the issue. Apparently, they didn't know how to add the promotional discount to my account, so they just didn't bother to do it. I'm still waiting for this credit. I've reached out to them on numerous occasions, and they tried to pass me off to their corporate office. The thing is that corporate can't do anything because the store never recorded the trade in on my account. I'm not sure whether they're shady or just incompetent, but I'm disappointed with the service, and frankly, I feel robbed. I was promised one thing, they never delivered but kept my property and then blew me off. A resolution would be nice. I just want what I was promised.

I ordered a phone and needed some help setting it up. Mike helped he was very friendly, polite and patient answering my questions. While I was there I wanted to get a screen protector and a case he took the time to show me what they had and which one was the best for my Samsung S23 Ultra, he even installed both. He even offered once I was ready to send my S21 Ultra back in to come see him and he would help to make sure everything was good to go. I cannot say enough great things about Mike. I will definitely be telling everyone that needs a phone or some accessories to go in and to ask for Mike

I was a Verizon customer for 15 years however Verizon had problems. Verizon deliberately blocked my phone claiming they had emergencies. The blocked my pin for lame excuses and stopped incoming calls from my own business and they listened to my calls. After that I went next door to AT&T next and got a real deal from Mike. Mike was tall, polite, well groomed and had great manners and I got a great deal on an IPhone. Verizon has problems with rude customer service and multiple outages all over Arizona and 19 US cities like Pittsburg, New York City, the Bronx and more. AT&T was night and day and it's so good to be treated like a valued customer plus all the perks on the Iphone plus I lowered my bill by 50%! Go see Mike because you will get the best service and deals available.Thank you Mike,
