“Been to this location a few times to get some business documents notarized. Every time has been a very positive experience. But, the last time was worth writing a review. Sarah, a banker at this location, gave me the exact experience you would want. She was nice, attentive, personable, and did not complain once when I had 7 documents to notarize. She is passionate about her job, and helping small business' as much as she can. I hope the manager reads this and commends her. Thank You Sarah! “I have been a client of NFCU for 10 + years now with no complaints. I have been to branches within and outside of the US and have never had a bad experience. That's probably unusual to hear, but their customer service is top-of-the-line. NFCU is not out to charge their clients every fee that comes along with services. If I didn't have this bank, I would resort to hiding my money in a coffee can or under my mattress as my great grandma did.”

“I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years. I typically utilize the bank/ATM near my home as I am a creature of habit. Stopped in quickly to use the drive up ATM at this location and was pleased with the experience. Depending how you enter the parking lot, it could be a little awkward to navigate but overall a quick and simple visit.”

“I really like this branch because it's more personable. I was sad to see a note on the door, that they were closed for an emergency and then, to hear that they were being robbed when I stopped by is flabbergasting!! I didn't know that banks were still being robbed in AZ because, I don't hear of it very often. Turns out, as per my conversation with the Scottsdale branch, that this happens more then it's been reported sadly! I hope that Kenton ( an newer employee) who just told me that, he had just started working at this beach not very long ago, is safe, as well as, his peers. My experience a couple of days prior was AWESOME as Kenton helped me to change up my alerts as he was able to remote in to my account to help me with the app. This was cool for me as no one had ever taken the time to do this. “Walked in at 3:30pm on a Thursday without an appointment and helped immediately. My son opened his first checking account and were in and out of the center in less than 30 minutes. Pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Center is clean and well-staffed with plenty of free parking. Service was so fast I don't remember the associate's name who helped us but I will definitely return.”

“Excellent service from BIANCA of 1st Ave WF. I couldn't get through to WF Fiesta for 2 days and she gave them a message for me. They actually called to say they received my message. I needed to cancel a $150 drilling to safety deposit box and didn't know until 1/2 hr. before that appt that someone was aware. I also E'd and Fax'd Fiesta WF* with NO response!!
