Horrible. The worst service ever. I wasn't greeted when I came into the store and Tyler who "helped" me was the nastiest, rude and had the worst customer service attitude I've ever encountered. I was so excited to be getting a new iPhone and he ruined the whole experience for me. He lied about the new iPhones not being compatible with the latest adapter and I spent more money for an item I already have. I will never come back to this location. I think I'll be returning my new phone and going elsewhere, this place doesn't need my business.

The sales rep told me I needed to change my plan to get the phone upgrade I wanted. I asked if that would affect the plan for the mobile hot spot that was on my account. He told me I would still have unlimited data, but that the speed may be slowed down after 50 GB of data. He was wrong. It went from unlimited data to 15 GB of data and I am told nothing can be done to make this right. I am extremely unhappy with AT&T right now.

The true purpose of the sales lady was to not help because our needs did not produce a commission for her. There was no attempt to help whatsoever. Really dissapointed with this store. Ultimately had to call 611 for proper service to our issue.

Always great service! All 3 of the young men that were in tonight have such great attitudes and are so patient. Understood what I needed and got me in and out. Just want to say to these gentlemen running the store, your doing a great job! While I was in tonight there was a couple that walked in asking for a handful of things and being rude on top of it. Completely not okay for the way they were acting. To the gentlemen dealing with them I don't know your name but I'm so sorry you have to deal with these disrespectful people coming in at the end of the night just to top off your day. Me being noisy listening in as you helped them, you were being helpful and answering all of their questions with explaining what would need to be done for what they wanted. They apparently want to be spoken to like they are royalty, cause you did nothing wrong. You have a bright and successful future. Don't let days like this ruin who you are. Keep your head up my friend.

Patrick and Chase did are amazing with customer service, knowledge and delivery of devices and plans . The selection, atmosphere is very positive too !

The representative told me that in order to get a phone I HAD to change my plan, pay for an early upgrade feature and add insurance. Like it wasn't optional it was a requirement. I went to another store where they told me that was not the case but they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. I ended up ordering it through customer care and it turns out I didn't have to do any of the things the representative stated at this store. So he was lying. Thanks, I'll know never to go back to your store.

Get service cuz T-Mobile sux and service kept cutting in and out. The guy at the store went out of his way and was patient even when I got bad news and had to return another day. He was the reason I went back to AT&T he's a good cell phone. Person don't know what they're called but he damn good. And the reason I went back.

Tyren lied to me and told me it would be cheaper to add a line. My bill doubled and it has been an unpleasant experience getting it fixed. Don't go to this store, I know I never will. They wouldn't help me and sent me to another store. Bad experience all around.

I went to the AT&T store (1226 S. Signal Butte Rd. Suite 101 Mesa, AZ 85209) on August 12, 2023. I worked with the representative Travon or Tramon. He quoted me one price ($71 per month); however, when I was charged a week later the bill was much higher ($87). I went into the store today (08/23/2023) around 4PM and was told that I was incorrect and the charges right. Travon was at the store and told me there was no way he quoted me $71 because he was using the same tool. He asked if I had the paper he wrote everything down on with pricing which I didn’t. I asked if they could check the cameras as it only happened a little over a week ago and that they would see the pricing he quoted me. He also added phone protection on my plan which I never requested and asked today for it to be removed.When I spoke with Travon on August 12th I told him my current bill at T-Mobile was $72 and I would like something similar or lower. He said with my company discount, trade in for my iPhone 12 PROMAX and my Apple Watch (I believe 6) that the total would only be $71. He also said that the activation fees would come off after the phone and Apple Watch had been inspected when I went into the store today they said I had to call 611 and tell them I was never notified of the charges and the phone representative would take off the activation fees.The representatives were unwilling to help at the store and kept trying to have me pay the $87. I asked for the manager information which they gave me his card and will have him call me tomorrow. I’ve also reported him to AT&T and will be going to the Better Business Bureau.

What a wonderful store, with wonder sales reps! Me and my spouse just left this store after visiting last week to get him a new phone. Today, his (our) favorite sales rep Tyler helped us again and was fantastic as always. This time we also want to give a shout out to Aaron, who graciously helped us put on our new screen protectors out of the kindness of his heart! This store has the best crew around!

Loved this location! So helpful! I got in and out quickly and the staff was fantastic! Tyler the sales rep was so helpful and really good at his job! As soon as I walked in the door he was ready to help! Totally recommended this location!

I went into the store because my bill was too high. The store manager Patrick did a great job explaining everything to me and I even got a new phone my grandmother.

I received excellent customer service from all 3 associates. They helped me in adding a line to our plan, finding the right accessories, applied our screen protectors, put insurance on all our devices, helped break down our bill (we just recently switched to AT&T), and answered all of my questions. They were helpful, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
