I highly recommend Paul, Matt, and the entire team at Arizona RV Service, LLC for anyone in need of RV repairs. After a mobile RV repairman in Apache Junction charged me $650 and failed to fix my non-working running lights and turn signals, Arizona RV Service stepped in and saved the day. They worked me in right away, diagnosed the issue within an hour, and had me back on the road by the end of the day, all for a fair price. Their honesty, efficiency, and expertise were impressive. I'll definitely be returning to them for future repairs.

Coming out of a gas station, we "bottomed out" bending our electric hitch jack. We were roughly 3 hours out of the Phoenix area, headed for our overnight stop in Apache Junction. We called Arizona RV, explained our urgent need for a quick replacement/repair job. Paul checked with his team and said he'd make sure to squeeze us in, if we could get there before closing. We were able to get there 40 minutes before closing, and the team had a new jack on and us back on the road in 40 minutes.
You all were the answer to some fervent prayers, and a huge blessing to us! Thank you so much!

I made a phone call to AZ RV Service for a part I needed for a 2001 Fleetwood Mallard motor home. I spoke with Alli at the front desk and she immediately went to grab the part and held it until I could make it in to pick it up. The service was 2nd to none. Her professionalism was top notch! I was very impressed and will use them for any RV repairs I need in the future as well. ?

So, I had some electrical issues on Thursday morning. To make matters worse, I had company arriving at 6 PM to sleep in the camper that night. I tried calling around to six RV service companies, but no one could come and fix it today.
When I finally reached Arizona AV, a friendly guy named Dave asked me what was wrong. He suggested plugging in a charger to the battery number one and calling him back in an hour. And guess what? It worked! The system came back to life.
Dave said it might not last long because it sounds like the batteries are dead. He asked me when I last checked them, and I told him it had been a while. He then went over the problem and helped me troubleshoot the issue.
Rob showed up later in the evening with four new batteries and replaced them. He also updated the system to make sure the batteries would be filled with water a easy way
I got a call from Allie later that day, and she asked me how everything was going. I told her everything was working great, thanks to Dave and Rob. They’re awesome!

I had my first visit with Arizona RV Service this week. I had an amazing visit with Paul & Allie, both had great customer service skills. Communicated very well about my visit. Competitive pricing & speedy service. Very pleased with my visit and will be returning.

This company screwed us so badly. Over 7k in repairs—they knew we were headed out of town and the generator and the AC units they “fixed” didn’t even make it to Flagstaff! AVOID THIS PLACE!!
RESPONSE TO BUSINESS. My stepdad does not have a gmail account. Here is a receipt. This is just one of the receipts...if you really need proof it was your company Dave, I am sure we can find the other receipts.

Fantastic!! I have been to several RV repair shops. No one comes close to the outstanding and personal customer service as AZ RV service provides. I love the personal experience and above and beyond tips to be helpful. They saved me $500 because I could do repair easily myself with new part and a little advise.

Huge, thank you to Paul and his team at Arizona. RV service had dire need of repair. Not only did they get it done quickly but dealt with my insurance company. I never had to lift a finger except to. Pick up my travel trailer, which was done right the first time. Thanks again, guys.

Allie went above and beyond to help point me in the right direction to fix my Dometic cooler. Arizona RV arranged for Dometic to replace my malfunctioning cooler with a brand new one. They were terrific!

If we have any issues with our fleet, we always go to Arizona RV Service LLC. They’re professional, communicate often, and they get our trucks up and running, whether it’s an issue with a generator, a/c, or electrical. We’ll continue coming to Arizona RV Service LLC for all our truck/RV needs!
