The owner of Arizona Rose got personally involved when we had an issue with a different florist, who charged us for a large sympathy bouquet but sent a smaller less expensive one. He delivered a beautiful floral bouquet to replace it. His integrity and customer service was something our family will never forget.

Ver disappointed with my order, spent $97 for a premium bouquet . First picture is what it was supposed to look like, which is nowhere near that. Y’all added too much of that green flowery plant which made it look too cheap. Not 97$ worth. First and last time I order, I looked over reviews before placing my order and went through other local companies but still decided on this particular company and it was a big disappointment for sure. It was also not well blended or put together it looks like a kid just picked them and put them in. I also left a review on their page and they replied with they had to use a different colored flower which I believe the white ones were supposed to be pink but that isn’t the issue here.

Flowers were suppose to been delivered Saturday July6,2024 flowers didn't show up until today July 8,2024 around 11:30 am the flowers looked horrible the note that came with it was misspelled and all over the place....I called and spoke with a manager I guess instead of fixing the problem he went back and forth with me telling about a third party and where they get there roses from again no thing was resolved.I will just go to there respective social media platforms and let it be know there.Thanks for ruining my birthday flowers went to the trash and look at the note what is that
Response to manger-No matter where the flowers were order third party or not the roses came from your company and they again were trash.You said yourself that you got paid a percentage and the other company as well...Again flowers came from your establishment so seems like wherever the product came from u would want to fix the complaint to make the customer happy.

Unexpectedly, someone sent me flowers. My property gate is locked unless I know delivery is arriving. Brandy and her partner went above and beyond to circle back and deliver an exquisite arrangement. The flowers were for condolence for my dog's death. The kindness of these two women and my friend sending them to me made me smile. Great service. Very professional. Brandy dresses very nicely to deliver which is rare these days. And the presentation was perfect. The flowers are lovely.

Incredible! Gone are the days of FTD and 1800! I have ordered so many arrangement’s from Az Rose and Flower co. since finding them this year and they never disappoint! Their flowers are so beautiful and always fresh. I swear you get more bang for your buck here as opposed to the well known flower stores. Customer service is impeccable and their arrangements are exquisite!! 5 stars!!

Cute, little shop that smells just heavenly inside. I called ahead to see if I could buy some loose flowers and they were super friendly and accommodating. As a small business, they have limited hours, but the friendly service made it worthwhile. Highly recommended.
