i have had over 4 cars done there and every time i am impressed. AZ auto aesthetics is a professionally ran company that has you and your cars best interest in mind. They are so easy to work with, and never once did i feel like they could not fulfill the tasks. I look at it like I'm buying the installers skills and experience. these are some of the best in the valley..i have checked around, and trust me their are others that are good as well, but IMHO they are top 1%

We had a PPF applied to our new Tesla Model Y. We live over an hour away but chose them because they took the time to explain the process to us, answered all of our questions, and never felt rushed. They also had amazing prices. I dropped the car off in the morning and utilized the loaner vehicle for a really modest price. They completed the car ahead of schedule and sent me pictures as they were working. Everyone was professional, patient, and friendly. Overall, it was just a really great experience. I have never dropped so much money on something "extra" for a car before, and we don't regret it at all. It was worth driving over an hour to have them service our vehicle, and we will definitely utilize their services again.

So the information at the beginning of the process was great. They walked me through everything that they recommended for my car and everything sounded good. The car was in there. They ended up giving me a rental car that was different from the one they had told me I was going to be getting, and it turned out to be somebody's personal vehicle with half of their belongings still in the car. Once I got the car back, the touchup paint was a different color than the rest of the vehicle and looks polkadotted. I reached out to them multiple times by text and by phone as they forgot to connect the rain sensor for the windshield and then I noticed a dent in the clear bra that they put on the front of the car. I never heard back from them. So great at first, not so great during and after.

This was our first time getting a car wrapped and we loved working with AZ Auto Aesthetics. They were incredibly helpful and patient, answered all our questions, and kept us up to date during the process. It's not just the owner that is extremely personable but all of their staff in the front and back of the shop. We wrapped our Model X in a Miami Blue Stek/PPF and are extremely pleased with the job that AZ Auto Aesthetics did. Thank you!! :)

I went to this business for service based on these Yelp reviews. All the positive reviews are accurate! Wonderful customer service, such a breath of fresh air to be treated like customers matter. I'm so happy with the outcome of my vehicle with ceramic coating and front area protection. I would absolutely recommend Az Auto Aesthetics, I worked with Garrison and he was great. Thank you!

When it came time to add Tint & PPF (Paint Protection Film) to our brand new Tesla Model Y, we searched the usual suspects (Google & Yelp) for the best company for the job. We called AZ Auto Aesthetics (recommended by - Distinct Teslas in Chandler) and received a quote from Joren. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The process couldn't have gone smoother. We dropped off our car the day before and the project began the next morning. We received updates and photos of the process in real time. They even offer a loaner car for a reasonable fee which we needed. It's been a few months and everything is still perfect. We received a discount for multiple projects and they also offer 5% off for Veterans. The finished product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Thanks again to Joren and the rest of the team at AZ Auto Aesthetics for doing an amazing job. You can feel confident contacting this company and I highly recommend them for any kind of Auto detailing work. I'm sure we will be using this company for future projects. 5 stars all the way!

Called AZ Auto Aesthetics. Received a quote had a few questions. I spoke with Joren. Very nice guy and he answered my questions but I wanted to have a face to face meeting. I told him I am coming to you around 12 pm today. I called facility and there was no answer and I called again no answer and Joren called me back. I told Joren I am lost. He said to me, did I put in the correct address. Told him that is how I arrived at location. Told him I do not know the area and I am lost. Told him where I was and he told me I am way off. I tried again to find Aesthetics ended up at Ray rd and power at Target. I called Joren again and he said he knew where I was and told me google address and you'll find us. I told him I can not find you I am lost. I get that I may be directioned handicapped. I have a customer service business. Myself, I would have told our potential customer to stay parked we are close by and I will come to you and you follow me to Aesthetics. Instead I spent 1 hour looking for business and received very little help. And I was ready to spend 2000.00 . Just frustrated is how I feel and unhelped.

If your car is not "Brand New" or it needs more than a simple paint correction I would not recommend. We took our car in for paint correction, front end PPF and stone chips that needed to be taken care which Brenan said they could do. We were called and told it would be better to wrap the entire car which we agreed to. The stone chip in the passenger door was addressed to Garrison and was not taken care of and the PPF was put over the top of it which is noticeable. Front bumper was sanded and there is a chip about 1/4 inch from the front bumper on the front fender which they didn't sand and just put the PPF over the top of the chip which is also noticeable. Why wouldn't you call the customer to inform there are other areas in question rather than just put PPF over the top? Garrison's answer was we'd be on the phone all day if we had to call our customers on issues like this. How can you call yourselves professionals when you answer like this?? There are several stretch marks and wrinkles and was told by Garrison it's the nature of the film. Well we've contacted XPEL and it is NOT the nature of the film. I'm sure there will be a million excuses for their actions and it will be my fault and not theirs. Bottom line not professional and they also need to correct their moto of "Correction, Perfection Reflection.

I was disappointed in the amount of coverage I received on a partial wrap. An extra inch to go to the top of the headlights wouldn't have killed them cost wise. On my drive back home, I noticed that the headlight bezels were broken. I called the next day and asked what they might do to remedy the situation. They denied everything. Said it arrived that way (not true). At no time did they comment that they noticed the bezels were loose. Took the car to the dealership, and they confirmed that the bezels were broken by someone trying to pry them off. Will never do business with these people again. Avoid them.

I brought my new Mercedes for paint correction and ceramic coating because the finish was dull in places with swirl marks. My new friends at AZ Auto Aesthetics did an amazing job correcting the paint, and it looks amazing now. I've cared for my cars for years myself and thought I was doing a decent job taking care of my cars, but these guys provide services a level far above my skill set! I highly recommend them for everything from detailing to coatings, wraps, and tint. The team is amazing and friendly too!

I was able to get my vehicle in for tint very quickly and am super pleased with the results! Fantastic service and interactions with all employees! Happy to (continue!) referring friends and family here for their vehicle's needs!

PPF wise (did the roof) it was an okay job but instantly regretted when I saw all kinds of swirl marks and fine scratches, not visible under sunlight though, on the doors and quarter panels suspiciously caused during the roof PPF installation. Whoever the contact was denied any wrong doing. I had to go to another shop for paint correction.

Once you check out their facility and chat with the team, you will be taking your vehicle there. Scheduling was easy and they completed my job ahead of schedule. They did a great job answering my questions. I took my brand new Tesla Model X there for tint and PPF. Strongly considering taking my Tahoe in for paint correction after the amazing quality and experience I had.
