Dr. Bennett is great. My only complaint is the wait time. They want you there 15 min before appt time, then I waited 1 hour after appt time to be seen.

Dr Bennett has managed my osteoarthritis pain for the last 10 years. He is a good doctor and I am sorry to learn that he is retiring. He said that he has selected an excellent replacement and that his practice would remain the same under the leadership of the new doctor. His office is very nice, and he spends time with his patients to make sure we understand.

Not sure if I got scammed. They took multiple tests and an x-ray. They lost the x-ray; I followed up with them multiple times and got no results. Also never got last test results. Requested medical records and they said they would send them and never did. On my portal it doesn't show any of my info or why I was seen or what tests were ordered. Seems suspicious and a waste of time and money.

My experience at Mesa office was extremely disappointing. First and foremost, scheduling appointments was an absolute nightmare. The office's system for scheduling is terrible, making it incredibly difficult to secure a time slot. Additionally, the front desk staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. Their lack of kindness and poor treatment of patients only added to the frustration of dealing with this office. Furthermore, when the time for my appointment arrived, I was shocked to be told that there was no record of my appointment. Despite confirming the appointment over the phone, the office claimed to have no knowledge of it. This forced me to reschedule for a week later, adding to the inconvenience. Additionally, the excessive wait times of over an hour and 15 minutes before seeing the doctor were completely unacceptable. And to make matters worse, the doctor's treatment was inadequate and unsatisfactory. Instead of addressing my concerns or offering any meaningful solutions, I was simply given a painkiller and sent on my way. Overall, my experience at this office was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone.Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

I like my doctor at this facility but it is way too busy for my taste. You can spend 20 minutes or more on the phone to get an appointment. When you do get in for your appointment, you can expect a minimum of a 30 minute wait to see your doctor. There could be 20 or more people in the waiting room when you get there. Don’t be the least bit late for your appointment because you lose it. New patients look for a less busy and hectic practice.

Saw a Doc I didn't feel supported or listened and when asked to switch providers to someone who was actually recommended, was told I wasn't allowed to due to their NO DR TRANSFER policy. What a waste, and definitely not looking out for the patient.

My first visit here. I wanted an examination to determine the extent, & type, of arthritis - or whatever it is that's riddled my body from neck to toe. The Doctor obliged, & diagnosed Osteoarthritis. Treatment: OTC 650mg Tylenol as needed, within dosage limitations. Although they're an OTC med, I asked my PCP Dr if she could write a script for me (to save pennies from my humble pension), & she obliged - BUT she wrote it for 500mg generic Acetaminophen, every 8hrs, as needed.Note: Neither Dr recommended Ibuprofen, as it's way more detrimental to the human body.A good day.

Awesome practice and friendly staff. The check in process is seamless and reliable. The waiting room had few people and the wait time was short. The doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. A+ rating for this practice. I enjoy my visits each time I go.
