I’ve been using this wash for years. I have the $20.99 monthly membership. Well for the last year after a storm they are down to one functional lane that an employee must type in a code because you can’t scan the membership. Well on 5/30/24 I went to go wash my car and was told that when they punch in the code they’re only issuing a $15 wash. American Speed, how is that fair? You’ve been charging me $20.99 but providing with a cheaper service!! Also, I asked the young man for the receipt so I have a record! I’m going to need a refund dating back to when the machine stopped working LAST SUMMER! I will be calling as soon as I have time to deal with this!

Scratched the HELL out of my car!!! Right before I was trading it in ? First time here and be sure I’m NEVER coming back! paid for the $10 wash just to not get the triple action foam. Still dirt everywhere and now scratches all over. If you come here, that will be a mistake!

Will never do business here again. Clearly I am experienced in the procedure to line up the tires and put the car in Neutral Which aftergain the car tires lined up I put the The gear shifter into Neutral. The car then Start going down the car wash.The car Begins pick him up speed and Before I can realize what's going on. The car is going faster, obviously then what it should be and rearends a car that's in front of us in the car wash. I know how to put the car in neutral and lien the tires up. It's whole procedure that's involved in going through when those car washes. So I try to find an employee to tell him about the situation and tells me that's my fault. Doesn't give me any kind of contact information on the contacting there insurance company. They employees offered no help. So I will be filling a claim in court. I know when I am at fault not the case hete. I wish businesses still looked out for there customers. Would recommend to stay away from this car wash. I will update if things change.

So disappointed in how much the service at the car wash has declined in the last year. I’m a regular and take advantage of their $10 manager special at least 2x/month for the past 3 years. This USED TO be the best car wash in town. I washed my car this week on Monday, unfortunately it rained Tuesday, resulting in the exterior of my car having rain spots. I came back today (Wednesday) to get a rain check wash and the attendant told me they no longer do rain checks. I asked to speak to management and was then told, “I’m the manager right now.” Idk what changed with their leadership/ownership, but it’s definitely not for the better and causing them to lose long time customers.

This place has gone downhill. Didn't remove any bugs on front bumper and grill and did a poor job on the hood. Barely found a spot to use a vacuum, and when at a spot, the vacuum didn't suck. Couldn't clean inside of car very well. There were no clean towels, and the dirty towel bucket had trash from people's interior mixed in. There were no towels anywhere in any of the line of vacuums. When we were finished and getting in to leave, I saw a kid was making the rounds but didn't put out any clean towels and didn't pick up any dirty towels (his cart with stuff was behind my car and had to wait to leave. He just left the area and went to the next without picking up any trash in bins. Paid for the managers special ($10) and could have done better at home with my own stuff. Did about a $3 job like the sign says. Used to be a good car wash.

If I could leave no stars I would. Worse car wash company. I cancelled my membership back in February and they started charging me out of no where in September. Called to find out why but no one ever answers. Went in person and was told it will get fixed. 3 days later they charged me 2 more times instead of giving me my money back. Tried calling right now and no one picks up. I do not recommend at all.

This used to be a great place. Today there was only a trickle of water put on the car before the first brushes were spinning. It was essentially a dry wash. Finally some soap came on but the rinse was low water. Not like previous times. The kid who directed us in then lied and said I didn't have the car in neutral but drove past the initial water spray. That is NOT true. I will go somewhere else from now on. The manager did offer a rewash but I was halfway through drying the car.

Look like they may be thinking about going out of business (shade canopy is all torn up, the handle fell off of 3 out of the 4 vacuum hoses I tried to use, entryway to where you pay is all torn up). But, the machine did a good job of getting my truck clean.
