It is really sad and upsetting with your digital coupons. You need an eye phone and need to enter something to get sales. It is very unfair that all shoppers don’t get the digital prices. As a senior it just makes me angry. I end up disgusted with the place and vow not to shop there anymore.

This Albertsons is so dirty and dingy. The people there don’t clean the bathrooms, and are very rude to customers. I’m surprised because I have gone to that Albertsons and recently this year (2025) have had a terrible experience and I will not be spending any money there. They are not helpful and they leave sushi out from the day before. Do not shop here.

Don’t buy any Dutch products or cigar/wraps from here. Terrible customer service. My Dutch wrap can’t even be used it was so crumbled and stale. The manager wouldn’t take it back and I hadn’t even left the store with it. Waste of time and money going here.

This location keeps their bags very scarce in self checkout. It's been that way for several weeks. I figure they're trying to force us to bring our own bags. Also while scanning my items in self checkout. The register paused and alerted attendant to review video of me. Which showed nothing unusual. But took up my time and I didn't like to stand there while someone checking to see if I stole something. Won't be back to Albertsons anymore that's the last straw. Prices are too high as it is there. No longer going out of convenience.

I am completely disappointed with the bakery!!!!! I ordered a Minnie and Mickey Mouse cake for my daughters 5th birthday. I went over exactly what type of cake she wanted. She chose the Minnie and Mickey Mouse cake that has red on the bottom and white on top with black running down the side and the flavor butter cream. I asked the lady 3 times just so we both were on an understanding of what cake design I wanted, and she repeated everything back to me. Well....when my husband picked the cake up today, he didn't know what it was supposed to look like, and when he came home, it was not the cake I had ordered. My daughter was very disappointed and also the cake didn't even taste like butter cream and nobody would even eat it they said it tasted really bad. I am waiting for the manager to call me back as I want a full refund!!!! This cake isn't worth 25.00!

The absolute best staff. Can we talk about Taylor for a minute? What an exceptional cashier. Knowledgeable, attentive, kind, just the coolest dude. Let's also talk about your meat dept + deli. Best dang team I've ever met. I tried to ask for the manager from one of the guys at the deli counter so I could give him some kudos (and help him get a raise) and he said 'Nah, I'm capped out for my wage, but I really appreciate the feedback ma'am!' This store is really doing something special with their team. It's hard for me to shop anywhere else at all. Every time I go there, there's a manager walking around greeting people - and they've all got just a great vibe. Thank you so much! I am a former grocery store customer service manager, and this team is a dream team, truly.

This is the first time I was in this store. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was. I shop at other stores that aren't nearly as clean. I did download the app so I could find what I was looking for. That is the one thing I hate about going into new stores. Clip the coupons so I was able to save money which was a good thing. Since Albertsons and Safeway are from the same company, you only need a log on for one of them. You do need two apps but it's the same log on for both apps.

They have this sign but there’s literally 3 people standing here doing nothing when I can throw these bags in here and keep it moving. I’ve been standing here 8 minutes and so have they. Why call someone when you’re standing right there. Ridiculous
