We rented a Chrysler Pacifica Van for a vacation to Phoenix AZ. When we got in the van for the first time we needed to wipe down many of the seats and arm rests because there was something “sticky” on the surfaces. Also, the infotainment system kept needing to be rebooted because our Apple Pay directions we were using all of a sudden stopped working.

We had a great experience with Alamo/Enterprise at the airport in Mesa, AZ! We mistakenly made our reservation for the car at the wrong airport and Michael was so kind and helped us with a resolution right away! We greatly appreciate it!

What a amazing experience! From the moment I walked in Cathy was at the front desk ready to help me so nice friendly and professional. After coming from the absolute worst experience at hertz in Gilbert Cathy at Alamo in the Mesa gateway airport saved my faith in humanity She was such a breath of fresh air. I rented a truck everything went smooth fast friendly and very professional. Thank you Alamo and thank you Cathy you have a customer for life!

Rented a van at Mesa Gateway airport and pickup process went very smoothly. Vehicle was in perfect condition and just a quick walk from the terminal (100 yards maybe). Drop off process quick and easy, would recommend renting your car here.

Counter staff was kind and very knowledgeable. Picking up the rental went smoothly and got us on our way quickly with 3 small children in tow. Beautiful vehicle was clean inside and out.

I rented the Alamo car thru Allegiant Airlines. I compared the price with Costco it ran about $20 cheaper. Great! Until I went to pick it up and I owed taxes of $111 on top of what I paid already. I don’t think this was Alamos fault though…the car was great!
