Don at Affordable Gates is amazing. In summary. I received a bid from Affordable and 2 other companies. I went with a more expensive company bid as they were going to "customize". Took them 6 weeks to fabricate. That company half installed and what they installed was to be polite indescribable. I stopped the full job being completed and filed my first ROC complaint ever. Because the process was going to take 8 weeks with the ROC I had no choice but to forfeit deposit. I called Affordable and told them the situation and that I needed the 3 gates they proposed made and asked for as quickly as possible. Don was great and understood where I was in a "spot" . Had the gates made in 6 days and installed on the 7th day. The installers were great and the gates were equally awesome! Also keep in mind they were thousands cheaper then the other companies indescribable product. I can not recommend them enough.

I am writing this review because of the awesome customer service and product quality they offer. I had Affordable Gate Company install 6 gates for me when I built my 10 bed assisted living home approximately 3 years ago. All of the gates have maintained their color without fading and without flaw. The other day my caregiver sent me a text that one of the gates had lost the striker that latches the gate and could not be latched closed. I reached out to my contact at Affordable Gate Company and sent a few pictures and let him know that I know it has been a few years but is there anything you could possibly do to help me out. He said he was busy but he would check his schedule and see when he could get someone to come by and look at it with a service truck. Without me having to remind him, within the week he sent me a text letting me know there would be a service truck at the home on Thursday (TODAY) to look at the gate and to respond to the text if that was ok. I responded that it was ok. This afternoon, my caregiver sent me a picture of the gate looking like new saying "Hey Boss, the gate is already fixed". It was the best message I had all day. Since I run a memory care facility, it is very important that the gates remain closed and latched. They did an Incredible job and I recommend this company to everyone in the valley!!

Called repeatedly and never received a call back or any follow up, got impatient so I found a better alternative gate business and now I have the best gate ever.

Very nice people. Bought an automatic gate and absolutely love it! Looks beautiful! It's quiet and works great! Added value to my home and as the garage is set back on the property, it certainly makes for easier access to and from garage. Highly recommend for overall quality, value for price, and professionalism.

Had them install a gate for me several years ago and they were quite good and did very good work. However, we lost the gate (and our entire block fence) due to one of the massive storms that came through about a month ago.I called them three days ago to see about getting a quote on either getting the gate repaired or replaced and a snarky woman answered the phone and said they weren't interested in doing any repairs and that if I wanted a quote for a replacement I needed to send in dimensions to them. I was caught off guard by this because A) I am (was) an existing customer and B) there was obviously an insurance claim involved that meant I was definitely going to be doing something. She was completely disinterested, so I no longer recommend them. Service is a huge part of the contractor/homeowner relationship, and I felt this person was disrespectful to that.On a side note: my block fence contractor is now doing the gate and is more than happy to take the money for it (and I'm also having the front gate replaced too.)

I needed a gate for my patio on my condo, the old wooden one was getting me in trouble with the HOA. Affordable Gate Company came, took measurements without me needing to be present, exa couple text messages to recommend a good gate option, and then a few days later while I was at work they removed the old gate and hinges, and installed a perfectly balanced, high quality new gate on my home. One of the simplest, best interactions I've had with a vendor during my remodel, and I've been extremely pleased with the result even two years later... my neighbors liked the gate so much they copied it too :) Icing on the cake was that the latch on the gate was starting to be finicky to open as the summer heat hit this year, and these folks came out and did a free adjustment. Couldn't ask for better service!

Purchased a gate from them several years ago. Nice gate. HOWEVER, I have experienced a small gate problem and have called them four (4) times since 1/04/2021, left messages but sadly no one has bothered to Return my calls. Perhaps I should look elsewhere.

Affordable Gate installed an RV gate for me in 2013. In December 2020, the block wall the gate is attached to started separating and the gate was unusable. I called to ask if they could help and they referred me to the person they used for block wall repairs. He came and proceeded to cut the rebar the blocks were attached to. After he was finished with the wall we noticed the sleeve for the gate pin was crushed. When I asked him to repair it he said he didn't do it. I called Affordable Gate back to see if they could help and the owner's wife said "I'm not sure how we are even involved in this." I told her they gave me the referral and I figured they trusted their repair recommendation. Now I can't lock my gate and I have to call a different company to come and repair it. Affordable Gate might have been decent in years past but it looks like they are not dedicated to customer as they once were.

do not call this company, not interested in your business . Gave me a quote which I agreed to, made an appt to have the gates measured, and then didn't show up. Tried to text and call the company, but got ghosted.

Great product, great service, great company, and reasonable pricing. After the initial quote/estimate there was a miscommunication about the type of planks I wanted in the gate, and when they showed up to install the gate it was a different type of material than I had envisioned. After a quick call with the owner, they took the gate back to the shop, installed the right planks, texted me photos to confirm, and came back to install it the next week.I couldn't be happier with how it turned out - the gate looks fantastic and functions beautifully. Businesses that go the extra mile always deserve recognition, and Affordable Gate Company is one of those businesses. Highly recommended.

They have installed two beautiful rv Gates! One of the gates starting rusting and without any hesitation they came out picked up the gate, sanded it and had the gate powder coated again at zero cost. Thank you Don!
