Had appointment scheduled unfortunately was told I would have to leave my vehicle overnight with a transmission problem . Drove across town to get it looked at . Ended up driving to other side of town to get it looked at and full estimate

I took on of my cars to them a few years back because they were close to my neighborhood. Normally, I do all my own work on my cars, but I was in a pinch. I asked them to replace two heater core hoses that were a pretty simple job. I told them I wanted to use factory Ford hoses and even brought the hoses to them. When I got the car back, they had cut the hoses and split one of them causing it to leak! I had to buy another hose and change it myself.Last year I stopped in and talked to Amy about a 67 Camaro that I was working on. I inquired about a new power steering pump and then set up the work to be done by them. Again, I was in a pinch and they are close. We set up the work for two days out. When it was time to call them to verify the work before I drove the car over to them, Amy told me that she talked to the head mechanic and he said he couldn't do it. This makes me wonder what "total car care" means to them.Lastly, I called yesterday to get a price for a Honda power steering rack and pinion. Amy told me she would call me back in a few minutes and get me the information. I called her today (24 hours later) and she said she got busy and didn't have time to check for me. She then said she would get right back to me. I told her to forget it and I hung up!If I could give negative starts, I would. This is a car repair shop that does not know how to do simple repairs! My guess is, she did not want to do the Honda repair so she figured I would not call her back on it. Well, after giving her and them, three chances, it is time to post a review! DO NOT use these clowns, they know nothing about cars!

This shop is a joke.I brought my truck in to have my transmission serviced, for slipping and stuttering 37k miles after a $5,000 rebuild, and was told no issues were found after driving it 3 seperate times. Lo and behold, my torque converter gave out less than 100 miles after leaving the shop. In person, I was told I was paying for a 48k mile warranty, but written on paper was a 36k mile warranty. I should've checked the owners integrity but didn't think I would need to. Amy Schooler gave me and my brother nothing but snarky attitude about the situation, despite respectful conversation from our part. Now my Christmas plans and all my Christmas shopping are being taken to a halt, and my only means of transportation is broken 4 hours away from the shop because I was told there were no issues.This shop is not worth your time, and Amy is a sad excuse for a person with the way she runs her shop. If you have $5k sitting around and you want to waste it on false expectations, this is the shop for you!

(Reply to owner: Chris M Chrysler 300 07 ask Amy she'll remember me. if I need to get the date I could check my receipt as well just so you know that I am an actual customer at your horrible business.)Worst place ever. Paid to have a diagnostics due to an overheating issue. The first time the lady told me that my vehicle just needed to be burped. Took around the block and it immediately overheated brought it back in and the lady told me the same thing that it just needed to be burped. After it overheated the second time the lady tells me that I need to take it to a specific dealership and that they can't do anything else while reassuring me that my cooling system is perfectly fine. Long story short my reservoir tank had a crack in it and that's why my vehicle was overheating. Any place with two cents of knowledge would be able to tell you whether or not your cooling system was holding pressure.

My 2019 yukon transmission went out couple weeks ago. Aamco honors dealer warranties. I needed to take it there since gmc was backed up for over a month. I had the yukon towed in on a Monday and they had me back on the road by Friday. That's only because the warranty tech didn't show up till Thursday to approve the job. So yeah Amy was the lady I talked to the whole time and they were awesome.. thanks for the quick turn around and great communication from them.
