Used to be a better experience. Everytime I go in now I have to wait at the counter for someone to show up. Indian music is way too loud and unpleasant. I don't feel welcome.

They advertised a cheaper price for an item that I wanted to buy. When I showed the old India cashier the price, he became rude and disrespectful. I'll NEVER go to this location again!!

Please check expiration date on snacks. I got very bad food poisoning after consuming expired slim jims. I had gotten snacks via doordash and began feeling ill the next couple of hours. When I checked the packaging on what I had eaten I found out the slim jims were expired. Please check expiration date. I was refunded and given credits via doordash but please all consumers of this location make sure to check the expiration date so you won't be intoxicated as well. I had to go to urgent care and also the hospital.

Came in for a door dash pick up 8/10 around 2am, doors were locked and there was a person holding up his hand inside, I showed him my phone and that I was there to pick up and he pointed at a mop bucket (though the floors were completely dry 🤔), & then he walked behind the register and just sat there, I proceeded to cancel the order and marked the store as closed= no money for y'all. do not support this foolish business!

Couldn't be bothered to replace an inked bill spat out from their ATM, wouldn't give more than 1 or 2 word responses to me and didn't even get off his phone during the interaction

The ATM at this location did not dispense my 40 dollars and then conveniently went out of order.
The cashier rudely told me to call the number on the ATM because he can’t do anything.
I get it, no one cares about poor people. We can all just go to hell, right?
If I had the option, I’d give 0 stars because you don’t deserve a star for stealing my money.

Registers wouldn't read my tap pay and he tried blaming it on me because he was too stupid to listen when i said it was card reader error. Crap choices for snacks.

Absolute garbage customer service came in here grab a couple items. No customers in line decided to get a couple lottery tickets and ask a couple questions and the man said he didn't have time to answer the questions. I'm a usual customer and come here often but this guy was straight garbage as well as the lady helping out she was very nice but the gentleman decided to butt in and say that it's not his job. I was quite confused as I told him is it not customer service I'm just asking questions. Do not recommend coming here. (RESPONSE TO 7/11) I will reach out to your address provided. To be more in depth, his exact words we're "we do not need to tell you to ticket numbers on the roll" My response was "I could take my business elsewhere and leave a review"
