This is my favorite 7-11, I have been here 100 plus times. The staff is always nice and friendly when I'm there and they have an Amazon locker located there for easy package pick up.

For convenience store standards, this place is on point! The elote guy out front had a decent elote and I took the whole thing instead of sharing it with my spouse because it was so good. The cashier even helped give me directions on how to get to Globe because I was lost.

I come into this 7-11 and the horrible manager if she has a personal problem with you she's gonna do anything in her power to turn you away she has no reason to create problems and start stuff with people. They sold me wraps before but when she was there she had checked my id and said I couldn't use it even after taking it before and before I even turned 21 one of their employees tried selling me alcohol without my ID don't recommend.

i come to this store all the time i usually dont have a issue but the only time I do have a issue is with the gentlemen who works overnight with the face tattoos. This am I went to get coffee and he was sitting in his truck on the phone as i was walking around i noticed milk just sitting out so when I went to pay i let him know and he said Im surprised they even let you in this store. I said I was letting you know so you can put it away he contuined to be rude I said im calling corporate he told me i wasnt allowed back in I asked his name he said no im not giving you my name. The rudness is so bad smh

This just bothered me to the core, yesterday 9/10/23 I was getting a money order and this lil homeless lady came in to buy a water cup she was sweating a lot and looked weak, the cashier told her to wait til she was done with me, I said go ahead and help her cause getting my money order might be a minute, first off the cashier treated her real rude and didn't care if I witnessed it, told lady next time you have to have change in rolls, I stepped in and said how is she gonna have a roll for 76 cents she had 2 quarters and 2 dimes, it just was sad to see in 117 degree day that cashier hated to give her a water cup for damn near a dollar, cold FKN world

Service is terrible... card readers don't work... soda machine is always broken... if you ask for a hot dog or pizza slice they will treat you even worse... Store is not clean... sticky floors and employees seem to lack hygiene as well... I'd recommend going to quick trip, better service, better selection.

Probably one of the more safer places in any part of Phoenix. Never see homeless, the staff is quick and helpful. The definitely do not have a tolerance for the shenanigans.
