Rudest, and nastiest people I have ever encountered. I am not low income just someone who looks for bargains. I picked out a pair of shorts and when I went to purchase them I was accused of trying to switch the tagg the clerk said I could not buy them. I told him I would pay whatever they are worth he they were worth he gave me no options and threw them in a cart. I told he should try to be nicer to people and he walked away from. I then tried to call and complain to his manager about his behavior, he knew it was me and hung up on me. I have shopped here many times over the years and I can say I will NEVER, EVER shop there again due to your horrid customer service.

Today , I went to 360 thrift for the first time. The items I found for the prices were incredible. Clean store. Friendly employees. Definitely will be back !

Great. Some prices are a little high for the product/ quality. But overall it’s good for a little thrift store. Always find things.

Bad experience Apparently if your child is looking at the toys a hispanic lady comes and yells at you to pick it up so now they cant look at toys or leave on ground because they dont want to have more job to pick up my child came to ask me for help to put the 2 toys back she couldnt reach and the lady comes all yelling also she was not even in the hours she was leaving with purse in her hand and everything

Love all 3 of the 360 thrift locations. Doesn't have that thrift store smell. Great prices and always very clean.

Prices were great!!! Super affordable. It seems everyday one color tag is $1, and another colored tag is 50% off. Makes shopping more fun. Selection (and prices) typical of a goodwill, not curated like a buffalo exchange. I would recommend if you're looking mainly for clothes. Employees were very helpful and busy keeping the store organized and clean. Easy to navigate the sizes. -1 star because fitting rooms were not open!! I think that's a real shame; I'm sure more folks like myself would be willing to buy more pieces if they could try them on to make sure they fit! I believe they allow returns within 10 days but only for store credit (and the $1 pieces & xmas items are final sale).

They don't want returns a bad jacket, they said not sale bad things, I said watch the cameras. I'm very upset because I spent my money in a bad jacket.

I gave 1 star because I do always find great stuff at this location for amazing prices! On the other hand I only gave 1 star because the past two experiences in the store were not only extremely embarrassing and ridiculous. The first visit was about a week ago I entered the store and I had a rather large bag with me, so I asked one of the cashier's if I could put my bag behind the counter while I shopped. The other cashier an older lady stopped bring up the customer then proceeded to look me up and down and ask me wasn't I asked to leave the store a few days ago. Appalled I assured her that no I've never been asked to not return. She then rolled her eyes and told me my bags going to go behind the counter. Which is to say before I had already asked to do so. I then did some shopping all the while being followed around I then purchase my fines and politely said my goodbyes. Brings me to my second trip today, as I was checking out and purchasing a pair of sandals and shorts a male employee asked if I came in with the jean jacket that I had in my purse. I assured him that I of course did. And he then asked if he could take a look at it. Checked the tags and then handed it back to me. I am not sure why I am constantly discriminated against and treated like a thief at this location. I live across the street so I visit frequently. But after today I will not be returning. I'm treated like a criminal when I have never given any reason what so ever. I am polite and always pay for whatever I leave the store with. And I can honestly say if you pulled all footage of any time I've ever been in the store you will find the same exact thing. I have spent hundreds of dollars in there and donated even more. But I will find another place where I'm not treated like some punk kid criminal

So, on my thrift binge I found myself at 360 thrift. I've been to several earlier in the morning. It's wide open enough and it's neat. Several employees were about doing their things and seemed to be willing to help me I needed anything. Yeah, they had clothes but not much else. Might have been my timing, housewares, electrical and small stuff was sparse. Last words... today it was average.

The best thrift store in the valley. I've wanted to gate keep this hidden gem for so long, I never go to goodwill anymore ever since they raised their prices. 360 always has the best treasures for a reasonable price and has daily deals! The staff is always polite and this location is always organized.
