Got a Fantastic pedicure today Amy was awesome and the wife got a fantastic gel manicure - 12/27/2023 yet another great service at Elite 1 Nails another fantastic visit today January 17 2024 February 8th and Amy was freaking awesome today so once again great service

Angela and the others have been taking care of my nail needs for about three years. Never leave unhappy and that’s pretty hard to do when you ask for crazy hard designs.

Do not recommend! I sat in the salon for hours just for them to start coming off the next day. The nail shapes are not even and they are chunky. I tried to have them reshape them and it just got worse everytime. I did give a tip to one employee for trying his best. i just feel like if they couldn’t complete my desired design they shouldn’t have tried ! I also got my toes done and they are uneven as well . Neatness is a 0. Highly disappointing. I spent $90 on it all together. JUST ABSOLUTELY NOT A GOOD SPOT! It took a couple hours but they rushed everytime I tried to correct them! THE CHUNKY LOOK IS JUST A MESS!

So I’ve been here once before, my service was fantastic. I came back yesterday for a full set and pedi, I called in advance and got an appointment. They rushed my toes but they turned out decent, now my nails are another story. They look TERRIBLE they told me they couldn’t do the French tips I said that was perfectly fine we could do something else, then they decided to go the French tips and absolutely failed. My nails are THICK and BULKY the acrylic is layered unevenly, my polish is see thru and smeared as well as bubbled. The shape is different on every nail as well as lengths, the design itself is uneven and spotty, some lines are think and some are thin. It’s just a mess I’m so unhappy I shouldn’t have tipped, and I shouldn’t have continued the service. I will never go back here, it’s unfortunate because I know they’re capable because of my prior visit but this is ridiculous and I’m so disappointed.

I got my awful acrylic nails done not even a week ago and three of them have broken in half. I have never experienced such bad quality nails and such bad service. The man even knew they were bad and apologized but didn't redo them. It was a waste of $50

Overpriced charged $80 for a fill and a few snowflakes. $7 extra just for shaping of nails. You wanted to give me $10 credit because you know your wrong. Don't get your nails done here they constantly change there prices.

Amy does a beautiful job and is great.My only disappointment was that the place didn't have the sports channel to see the Diamondbacks win their playoff game.There was 3 women and a man all calling out to get the score from their friends. Women like sports too!Services: Hand & foot massages
