This facility has fantastic customer service, they truly go above and beyond. I worked with Jason Hofmann and he was very helpful and kind. The prices at this facility are also very reasonable. Wonderful overall experience!!

Their gate doesn’t open or close half the time! They expect you to pay your rent on time, but their gate doesn’t operate properly! The manager says he can’t do anything about it and won’t give the number to Tiffany who is above him. He’s not allowed to give it out so there’s nobody to help you when you want you need to get into your storage unit that you pay for what if there is a fire what if there’s an emergency fire department can’t get in. This is so not right.

Jason is great,but with new owners and new upper managers they change prices without any notice!!! I've been a renter. For 8 years recommend someone they had problems not me !!! they are now holding it against me never had such problems they hold things against you that has nothing to do with you other renters!!!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!! The gate doesn't work half the time problems with gate codes days at time they are not willing to work with you all and all horrible customer service from upper management!!!!!

Drove 2 vehicles from Chino valley to clear out unit on Sunday. Code box kept saying no access. Called the towing company to help. Was told their codes don't ever work. They suggested calling Mayer fire dept which we did. Their codes don't work. They said they had to jump the gate to fiddle with the code box inside to help people stuck that couldn't get out becuz their codes won't work. Called the office number with a message they'll get back with me but had to turn around and go back home to do this another day. Rats run rampant in these units. Their prices are constantly increasing. Can't wait to get out of there

Friendly, fair prices and the property is well cared for. The on-site manager Jason has been super helpful and bent over backwards to assist when I needed a unit "in a hurry" to help out a friend who was forced to sell her home due to medical issues. I highly recommend Xtra Space.

No frills, nice employee. The rates went up shortly after signing up. They've had computer issues, which resulted in potential fees,etc.

This storage is good, nicely lit, ceiling is enclosed. Not at all like the prior storage place, I had problems with entry from units next to it, from open tops, and one of the three units that I rented for almost three years, Dar let me know that some drunk had wrecked into front corner of building, but all was ok, that she had some people that she knew, she had move my stuff into another space. When asked if they were honest, she said "Oh yes"Poor Dar, somebody sure pulled the wool over her eyes. That was then and she has passed a long time ago.Rest in peace, my friend....

I was fortunate to be one of the first RVs in the Cordes Lake storage facility. Even met the owner and was excited to have my brand new coach in a convenient place, with high security (or at least I was told that). I picked up my 2021 coach last night for our first big trip only to discover the catalytic converter was stolen off of my RV. Got an estimate for replacing it of $3500. Called the office and left a message. No one has responded. So much for the high security.

They are building new covered RV storage at their Cordes Junction location. Should be available by August 2020.
