Very friendly people. Willing to try a different route to fix our older car. Original shop told us no parts available, not fixable. Wreck-a-mended is willing to try eBay. We don't need the car fixed "like new". Just safe. Love them.

This is a tow company contracted by the Maricopa Police Dept. Since neither the police officers or the tow truck drivers are familiar with current laws regarding towing a recovered stolen vehicle when the owner is present my vehicle was towed unnecessarily. I attempted to inform the driver of my rights, as my vehicle had not yet been hooked up to the tow truck, upon my arrival. However he refused to even listen and when I tried to tell him I am the victim and I'm here to retrieve my car. He just rolled up his window and began to hook up and tow my vehicle away. A few hours later when I was allowed to retrieve my car the charge to tow it 7 miles totaled $175.00 which was completely unnecessary. I would suggest to the tow truck driver that he familiarize himself with what the laws and procedures are so as not to contribute to an already traumatic situation fór the victim. As for Maricopa PD shame on them.

The best all around family owned body shop. Few things they stand out is the way they stand on top of insurance claims, the quality of work and their prices are unbeatable. We are lucky to have a local business like that in town. Highly recommend!

We had our pull trailer brake down we use it for work and one of our clients recommended us this towing service. The tow truck came at the time promised, when he got there he was hesitant on taking it. We knew there could be damage to one of the axels if it was towed but we were taking the risk. He took a bunch of pictures and asked us to sign a consent witch we did. Once that happened he was able to load it just fine. Once at the storage yard he came to me and said you need to pay first before I unload!(i was ok with that no problem I had cash or card) he then said you know a lot of landscapers try to rip us off by getting towed and not paying, and you can’t pay with looks!( I don’t believe that comment was called for) I then told him I had no problem in paying I’m not the type to do that. He then proceeded to unload with no issues. And then left without saying goodbye or thank you. He may have had a bad day but as a small business owner myself, customer service is a priority by us and our employees. Thank you for the tow but the customer service from the driver gets a 1 star.Service: Special vehicle towing
