Well I'm not a Wells Fargo customer or an employee but I had to do some business and the customer service rep to help me out Natasha was very helpful along with the bank manager I think her name was Erica they treat me with respect kindness and they're very friendly I just wanted to say thank you during me and my family's time and need

I don't know why I have stayed with this bank for over 30 years. Today was strike 3. Third time they do not have the ability to take walk in requests. needed a business acct opened. takes a hour, but they were too busy talking to jump to action and help. Very unfortunate. This branch has 15-20 cubes and 2 people in them. The two were deep in conversation, neither helping a client. When I asked for help, they brushed me off and said they are booked until Monday June 5. Unbelievable! They cant do walk-ins. I guess being loyal to banks these days pays no dividends only disappointment. I'm looking forward to the day (AI) Artificial Intelligence technology ?takes over all the CSR spots. Maybe then consumers will be served same day! Adios WFC ... Hello Chase!

Brian at the teller 's desk was welcoming, pleasant and directed me to a banker. Natasha helped my husband and was very knowledgeable, professional and so peasant. They both made our transactions go smoothly. Thank you both.

The staff have always been quite helpful in person, but it’s so difficult to ever schedule an appointment and I’ve never once had them actually answer the phone. When you have to talk to the branch specifically, you just sit on hold forever then get automatically transferred to the general wells fargo line. It so frustrating and such a waste of time.

Just reading the reviews here and the answers from the corporate team to "Email your issues to this address" is such an annoying response to your customers. The review was a complaint, why would you not raise that as a concern on a corporate level vs trying to have customers re-submit their issues to another platform? Knowing that customers are annoyed with a service, and knowing that annoyed customers probably don't want to interact with the bank even more, means that you know the majority of people won't take that extra step, yet you ask them to send another communication to the bank anyway? Eliminate that step, address the problems that are here and not require multiple outreach attempts from your customers. Do better.

Not particularly setup to handle customers who are Canadians or other non US citizens. They have online security Codes that they use and offer to send them to your cell phone but the Code never comes as their system won't send a text to a cell number registered outside the US. They like to have your money in their bank but don't deliver good service if you are not using a US cell. They are too cheap to pay for an out of country text even if you are their customer. Complained a few times about it and they have made no changes to fix the issue over the last couple of years.

This bank needs to be SHUT DOWN… You NEVER get a answer and when you walk in you can’t get seen EVER. The workers are rude along with the security guard. You have to have an appointment for EVERYTHING ? please close the doors and let a company that’s worthy come in.THIS IS THE WORST WELLS FARGO IVE EVER SEEN… Today was the last straw! RUN ME MY MONEY! #Zero Stars

They never have enough help at this branch. All the tellers (Erika) are rude and slow. I waited in line for 45 minutes because drive-through was closed only one atm open. This is unacceptable to run a bank. Apparently, short staff but this branch manager doesn't stop to think to hire staff that's reliable because customers are inconvenient, not employees. If I could, I would give a negative score.

Went in to ask for support on my app waited 20 mins just for her to tell me I needed an appointment and that she already had an appointment at 1230 it was 1215 . She could've took 2 mins and supported me . I didn't need anything else just guidance on how to get back into my app.

The staff is great! I don't get inside the branch at this location too often. The hours of operation are short and inconvenient and the placement of the indoor ATM makes it an additional inconvenience. I miss the hours of pre COVID-19. I wish we had an outdoor ATM, not including the Drive-Thru.
