“Needed some work on my F150. Called local dealers. One never returned my call (Chandler). Another told me to bring my truck in and he would get to it when he could “in the next few days sometime” (Gilbert). I asked if I could just come in when he had time since the issue was not an emergency and he said that isn’t how they operate. They called me later that day and reported that they did find some other issues that they recommended addressing (pulleys) and the thermostat would be a no labor involved switch out. The truck was done within 24 hours and the repair bill was a fair price and as described. When I showed up they showed me the old parts and even took the time to explain and show me why the parts failed. I highly recommend them especially for any local Maricopans”
